Tämä rakennus on yksityinen ja turvallinen, ja portille pääsee monimutkaisesti sekä portilta rannalta. Emerald Towers Resort sijaitsee 30 hehtaarin maailman valkoisimmilla rannoilla ja sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Destinin premier-kauppojen, yöelämän, ruokailutilan ja alueen nähtävyyksien keskuudessa. Hotelli tarjoaa kokemuksen, joka on yhtä rentouttava tai jännittävä kuin haluat.
Emerald Towers # 1205 on kauniisti sisustettu ja mukava lomallesi. Love Destin but different Condo.
The property was nice but check in was nerve wrecking. When we arrived, the very sweet lady at the desk said she could not locate our reservation and that the property/ room owner is bad about not turning in conformations. After about 20mins of stressing and trying to contact owner, ( which never answered or responded ) we finally figured it out. We still had to use the door code the nice lady gave us because we never received ANYTHING from the owner. We Love Destin but will definately stay somewhere different next trip. You can find better condos for better prices.

Perfect Family trip
Property was perfect for our family of four. Spacious and very clean. The views are impeccable. Enjoyed the beach front and convenience of umbrella and chair rentals. Although we did not get a front row setup, we still had a great view of kids at all times. And the water was clear, beach clean and just overall breathtaking. Will definitely look to come back to this condo in the future.

We stayed in room 1205. Everything was so cute! The pictures posted don’t do this place justice we watched schools of fish swim by and our last day there we seen sting rays dolphins and a manistee swimming by from the balcony. The views are amazing here.

Breathtaking views from our unit
Enjoyed our time in Destin. Walked the beach everyday. Many places to eat & shop. Recommend the screaming Eagle for an afternoon, takes you to crab island, lots of fun. Con- traffic on main road made it difficult to get in and out of the property. Perhaps different at another time of the year- we were there in April.

Not what’s in the pictures!
View from the balcony is beautiful and we spotted dolphins everyday. Beach is clean and beach staff is great. Swimming pool is clean and big enough for kids, it has 9ft deeper end. Check-in process hassle. Followed the steps and Stood at the main building parking entrance gate. Helped by other guests behind our car. No Check-in package where it was instructed to be. Reached the condo just to find it’s all over sticky and dirty. I vacuumed and wiped main surface areas of the condo myself. All carpets around the condo are super tacky. Didn’t receive the WI-FI/Internet password on our first day as it was supposed to be in the Check-in package never received. There’s a code for the gate back from the beach to the building again stuck at the door to get in and helped by another kind guests in the building. Bathroom tub and sink drainage didn’t work at all, water would just kept filling.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was amazing! Condo was comfortable and equipped with everything you will need for a home away from home. Even had beach chairs we could use. Only negative was all electrical outlets did not work.

Property was great. Relaxing just what we needed. We got in town late and didn’t get a gate code so it was stressful getting in after a long drive. Owner was responsive when we called and texted. We will be back again.

Fall Break
Beautiful balcony view of the ocean! Easy access to the beach. The condo was comfy for our family to relax when we were not on the beach or out eating great food. The office was closed for our check in but it was super easy to contact the owner of the condo. She took care of us quickly and very professionally.

What a View!!!
We loved the view of the Gulf from our living room and bedroom!! Check in was easy and the owner was super easy to work with. We usually stay at another location, but it was booked, so we had to find a different place, and we sure found a good one. Did I mention the view was awesome??!! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The gas grills at the pool were nice to have, even though we only used them once. We look forward to staying again!

We would return!
Location - perfect View - perfect Building - perfect Condo - very good. Everything about the condo was good and we would rent this unit again. The only downside would be that it could use a little updating. We had issues with the electrical plugs because when you would plug things it was very loose. We had to jiggle the toilet handle every time to keep toilet water from running. Overall, a satisfied stay!

Overall, we enjoyed the property! The check in process for us, was a huge headache. We arrived to the property and was stuck at the gate! You have to have a code, which we did not, and the phone number to call had been disconnected. After finally getting ahold of someone, he gave us a code for one of the properties he managed. The location was perfect! We also arrived to find all of our bedding was still wet (I'm assuming from being freshly cleaned) so we had to dry that after our 14hr drive. The doors in the master bed&bath didn't close completely. Overall, these were minor inconveniences, and we still enjoyed our stay! We would definitely come back!

Truly Wonderful!
This is my fourth time visiting this building - it is a great building to vacation in. Out of all the units I’ve stayed on this has been the cleanest! There was no musty odor at all. The kitchen and bathrooms were impeccably clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. The beach decor was on point. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future. I sent a few messages prior to our stay with some questions to the owner but received no responses though. Few things to address but nothing major: Both tubs where draining very slowly but I manage to clear them somewhat, there are only three chairs in the dining room, the couch and rugs are in need of deep cleaning, the extractor fans in the bathrooms need to be adjusted as they seem a bit loose. In summary, this unit is way above average and provided for an awesome beach vacation.
