This is my only complaint (other than horrible mattresses, but that’s to be expected): the WiFi was horrible, constantly lost/dropped connectivity, and desk clerk only gave me (at sign in), info for the WiFi in the lobby, not the room. I had to contact them and get the info for the room WiFi - should have been given at sign in. Even then, it only worked intermittently which is not acceptable to me. If its important to you, I’d suggest booking elsewhere.
