The heater didn't work in the first room and the shower faucet was loose and toilet seat loose in 2nd room.

Stairs

Not the best. Made reservations almost a year ago & asked for main floor room, my husband has trouble climbing stairs. Got there & had to go upstairs. They told me I should have requested lower floor when reserving. I said I did, but no one knew anything. They charged me twice & I’m not sure if it’s been corrected yet. Then we came back the 2nd night & keys wouldn’t work, had to go back downstairs & get fixed. Breakfast was not good either. We liked the motel, but will probably not stay there again. Can’t take chance of being upstairs again.

This is the second time in the year we’ve stayed there! First time we were there the tvs didn’t work couldn’t kick our doors unless we were in the room they had some issue with keys! Needless to say that wasn’t good!! This time we said theee adults the room was passable bathrooms need some fixing up! But we didn’t have enough towels for three adults and the price for the room was ridiculous. We were in Wadena so we didn’t have choices of motels. Doubt we will rush to stay there again. Disappointed the first time and again now. Appearance going into motel is nice.

Great location for what we needed. Rooms were clean, but seemed to be a bit humid/stale. Otherwise - top notch! would stay again!

Sink was cracked up and had no stopper, so the sink could be filled up. There was confusion while checking in. I had pre registered and filled in all of my bank card information. According to the website, all I had to do when I got there was to pick up my keys. When we arrived I was told that you did not have my banking info. Bottom line, my son, Gerald R. Olin ended up paying the bill and my card should show no charges. I am very concerned that we may be billed twice. Once on his card and on mine, as well.
