The building is well maintained, there was no cigarette smell as is often the case in "non-smoking" hotels. When we arrived to check in, we passed staff members during their smoke break near the entrance. The smoking there was not a problem for us. We waited only briefly until staff entered and helped us. In such instances, I suggest the staff member could immediately follow guests into the building to render excellent service. Staff were uniformly pleasant and very helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, but sort of off the beaten path so not too many people staying there. Free breakfast is just waffles or cereal. But there is a Bob Evans restaurant in the same parking lot. Great breakfast there plus decent lunch/dinner choice.

At Check In there was a Problem, But the Staff handled it Very Well. Breakfast was Always Underwhelming, Very Few Items Not Attended to Properly By Desk Staff. Forgot to Lock Car Last Night, Car was Ransacked
