Tämä suloinen Kap Cod -koti, josta on vesinäköala, yhdistää kauneuden ja yksityisyyden ja sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla lähellä kaikkea Kap-alueen tarjontaa.
- Sijaitsee kauniilla syvällä lampilla Falmouthin kaupungissa, tämä ihana kivinen kappi, josta on näköala kiteiseen lampiin, joka sopii uimiseen, kalastukseen, melontaan ja melontaan.
- Tuo koirasi lomalle. Täydellinen perheympäristö, johon sisältyy pieni aidattu takapiha, täysi kellarikerros, josta pääsee lampiin. Talomme nukkuu jopa 12 mukavasti. Sata jalkaa järven edessä olemme mukana 5 kajakkia, rantatuoleja, riippumatto ja soutuvene. Yläkerrassa on kolme makuuhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa on queen-size-vuode. - Kaunis Vanha Hopearanta on vain kymmenen minuutin ajomatkan päässä ja Chapoquoitin ranta ja Scenic Falmouthin rannat ovat myös vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä.
- Viisi julkista golfkenttää ovat muutaman minuutin päässä talosta.
- Ravintolat, ostos- ja elokuvateatterit ovat aivan tiellä Mashpee Commonsissa ja Main Street -kadulla Falmouth Town Centerissä.
- Jos pidät pyöräilystä, Shining Sea Bikeway on vain 3. 5 mailin päässä ja vie sinut Pohjois Falmouthista Wood's Holeen. Polkupyörän vuokraus ja pysäköinti lähellä olevan pyörätien viereen.

Deep Pond Vacation
My husband and I together with our little dog so enjoyed our week's stay. The home is warm and inviting and very clean. Although the weather was not very cooperative we were still able to enjoy the kayaks provided for at least a few times on the beautiful pond. Dick was super easy to contact and always responsive. A wonderful and relaxing vacation!

Great spot, clean house!
We had a great week, the house was cleaned and very well supplied. The location on the lake was a great spot as the kids could run out and go for a swim. Dick was communicative and responsive if we had any questions at all. Great spot for families!

Deep Pond Retreat
My family had a very nice time at this property. It is a beautiful house and even better location. Kids preferred swimming in the pond over Old Silver beach as the water was warm and clear. There was alot of successful fishing (catch and release) and kayaking. Close to walking trails and Coonemessett Farm. Plenty of room in the house. I enjoyed cleaning up the kitchen because it was so nice. Washer dryer was very handy. Dick is very responsive. I gave accuracy of listing 4 stars only because somewhere it said hot tub and there isnt one. I think its just a typo and we didnt really care. Everything else was exact. We noticed Deep pond isnt very deep and thought that was funny. Thanks for a great time Ernenwein Family!

Amazing Home
We absolutely loved our stay at this clean, spacious home situated on a lovely pond! Great for fishing, kayaking and swimming! The kids loved having access to play in the water anytime of the day! It was fantastic having our own little beach to unwind at after a long day at the beach (Old Silver Beach awesome), bike riding (Shining Sea Amazing ) a ferry ride to Martha’s Vineyard (delightful) and sightseeing in Woods Hole (Nobska Lighthouse outstanding) Coming home to such a clean, well appointed house after a day of adventures was just what my family needed! Lots of together time, cooking together, playing and relaxing! So much room! The best memories were created last week for our family!

Lovely Lakeside Retreat

Relaxing stay, very welcoming
There were 12 of us staying at Dick's, all family. It was a great, clean space that was comfortable for everyone. Easy drive to nice beaches and a wonderful, clean pond in the backyard to kayak, canoe, and unplug. It was so welcoming with a binder of resources, a note, and bottle of wine. We reserved the property a year in advance, and Dick was responsive to my questions and gave clear and easy instructions for check-in and check-out. Definitely recommend and hope to stay here again!

Spectacular family accommodations!
Our family of 8 plus an infant had the best time at Deep Pond! It was well kept, clean, cozy, and the perfect arrangement for us all. The location on the pond allowed us to make use of the kayaks and serene area. It was within a ten minute drive to downtown Falmouth and Menauhant Beach where we spent a great deal of our time. Dick was an excellent host and we hope to plan another trip next year!

Deep Pond Family Vacation
This was a family vacation with all our children, spouses and 3 young grandkids. The place was very clean and big enough to accompany all of us with breathing room. It also had all the amenities we needed! The pond was amazing, lots of fishing, kayaking, canoeing and hanging out by the water. Nice quiet pond. Lots of paths for biking riding and Old Silver beach was beautiful. We all had an amazing time and we will be back!

Deep Pond Retreat
Can’t imagine a more beautiful and peaceful place for a family gathering. Deep Pond is surrounded by beautiful woods and crystal clear. Great spot for swimming and kayaking or just sitting and enjoying the scenery. The house is lovely, comfortable and welcoming.

Another Glorious Week “On Silver Pond”
This was our second time at Dick’s lovely vacation home. Once again, we had a wonderful time. We so enjoyed the mornings with sunrise over the pond and having a cup of coffee overlooking this serene view. Our family loved kayaking on the pond. The pond was quite warm and very easy to get into to swim. One of our dogs learned to swim in the pond during the week, which was fun to watch. Our granddaughter enjoyed wading into the pond and playing in the sand We had plenty of room to spread out in the home, which is so comfortable. One of our family members had to work during the week, and the lower level provided a perfect, quiet space for him. During the week, we spent many afternoons on the beautiful bike path. We are looking forward to returning again next year!

Great place to gather with family
Before we arrived, Dick had provided more information about the house than I’ve ever received before. I loved it! House was clean and very well stocked with nearly everything we needed. We all adored the kayaks and ping pong table. Quiet, private location was great. Beds were wonderful. All in all, it was a truly great vacation.

The house lived up to our expectations: there was plenty of room and we found everything we needed. The lake was beautiful and our access from the house couldn’t have been better. It’s a lovely neighborhood with friendly people and we felt very comfortable there. Most importantly, 15 year old Goldendoodle especially loved the opportunity to swim every day!

Amazing house, beautiful lakefront
Our family had an amazing week at this house. The house is comfortable and has plenty of room to accommodate a group but you can also find a quiet corner to read. The kayaks and canoe made for hours of fun and we all loved the outside deck for coffee in the morning. Dick and Joan were great hosts. Very accommodating and communicative. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Perfect Family Friendly Retreat
Well-appointed, family-friendly house on peaceful and beautiful Deep Pond. 10-min drive to town/beaches. Children enjoyed swimming and paddling all day while the adults joined the fun or watched from the dock. Fenced in yard made it so easy to bring our four-legged friends with us! No detail left forgotten. Dick was a communicative and thoughtful host -- would highly recommend!

WOW!! - Best Family Vacation EVER!
Lovely Quiet neighborhood w/pond in back and kayaks to use also! Convenient on the Cape to Old Silver Beach (great for small kids at low tide) -Kayaking on a quiet morning while the kids were still sleeping was great escape for the occasional parent - close enough to one end of cape or another to either go to great zoo or up to P town for a whale watch - there's even a small farm nearby to get fresh eggs and pick berries - Family meals to talk about days ventures were easy enough to coordinate - This home hit all the check marks and is comfortable and easy to cook evening meals in or grill out back. I would love to come back with a different bunch to check out some of the breweries, dining options and shopping next time - thanks for great memories!

Fantastic getaway for the entire family.
A wonderful time was had by our entire family at your lovely home. The location was ideal for visiting the beaches, and seeing the local sights. We loved the proximity to the bike trail and enjoyed our visit to the local Coonamessett Farm where we picked strawberries and flowers. There were great running trails through local nature preserves as well. Your house was always an ideal spot to return home to after our activities. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out in the house and the younger generation enjoyed a competitive game of Ping-Pong in the lower level. Our dog loved his daily swim in the pond to fetch a tennis ball or a stick. The kayaks were great giving us a good view of the rest of the pond. We spent much time in the morning with a coffee cup in our hands, looking out at the sun glistening off the pond with a chorus of bird songs in the background. Since the morning sun created a silvery appearance to the water (and with Old Silver Beach in our thoughts), we nicknamed your home “On Silver Pond”. We truly loved the family pictures that were all over the home as it made the rental house truly a home. In addition, you are a wonderful artist, and your paintings were beautiful. (In fact, my daughter wondered whether you sold any of them or made prints of them.) Thank you again for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing and beautiful location
The house was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed. We loved the location and view of the pond. We spent most mornings on the deck and took several walks through the neighborhood during our stay. The house had a ton of room (more than we needed) and we had some great laughs playing ping pong. It was a bit too chilly for kayaking for us but we loved the idea and hope to visit again when it’s warmer to enjoy the pond even more. The owner was kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. This all made for a great vacation!

Wow! A wonderful spot and great owner
We loved our time at Dick's beautiful Deep Pond Retreat! Great location, comfy beds, well-appointed home, tons of space. The house was clean and had everything needed for pups and people alike. Although weather didn't allow for much in the way of recreation on it, the pond was beautiful amd peaceful,, and we found several great dog friendly hikes in the area. A rainy day spent in quaint Falmouth village and Mashpee Commons perfectly scratched our shopping itch. This property is tuly a gem and Dick is a gracious and accommodating host. I hope we can come back in warmer weather to enjoy this special retreat.
