This newly renovated property features poorly trained staff, broken ice machines, newly painted but old bathrooms that don’t work well and staff members who blame all of that on third party reservation services.

There’s no indication the suite room has a bedroom in the 2nd floor. Circular staircase is terrible - make it impossible to bring suitcase upstairs. Staircase steps way too high; bedside table light have a different color. Dining area is dirty: only one paper coffee cup provided.

The staff was very friendly but the area seemed a little sketch. Someone knocked on the door and when I peeked out they had a hammer on their belt and said they were maintenance. I didn’t let them in and called the front desk, it WASN’T maintenance. Which was a little scary.

Our stay was good for one night. The first room they gave us was not cleaned at all, as though someone had just left and room service did not clean it yet. After a long trip, that was super annoying having to bring our stuff back to the car and get another room. The next room they gave us was good and clean.
