The stay was not good. The room had 4 problems: leaky toilet valve, bathroom fan didn't work, the internal security door latch was not properly fastened and I was shocked by a lamp cord that was damaged with exposed wiring. In the morning, the desk attendant was not friendly and didn't seem to care about the problems.

Kind of run down. Staff wasn't rude but wasn't very friendly. AC was very loud and took hours to cool the room down.

We were on the hot, west side of the hotel, so hot we couldn’t open the door Recommend the east side Room was very cramped, no coffee pot Bathroom smelled musty A very economy room. Very thin towels Very basic breakfast

Had the cleanliness of the room been better we'd have given a higher rating. The room smelled like wet dog/musty; there was a large hole in one of the bed comforters; the refrigerator had not been cleaned as there was sticky residue and food crumbs on the shelves; the bathroom had hair in the bathtub, dirt and hair on the toilet and the shower wall panels were coming off the wall. Additionally the room phone did not work and the blow dryer was missing.

The room was quiet, no bugs, and the ac worked. The staff was friendly and courteous and the breakfast selection was descent.

The linen on our bed was dirty. The Comforter had cigarette burns. The door did not close properly which made us feel unsafe. We left late at night and found another place to stay.

Wasn’t bad

It was good, no issues itnwas just a place to sleep when not out visiting family. No issues although the shower was a little tiny and the shower head was wonky but all in all not bad at all.

Bottom of the barrel

This was the only option available due to a large event in the area. A lot of truckers and construction workers at the hotel. Some working women as well… Very dated, old and run down. The room smelled terrible and we kept the door open most of the time we were awake because ot it. The bed itself was not bad but i definitely checked for bedbugs before laying down. Would never choose to stay here again

The photos of the room were not what we booked. Their customer service was horrible. They didn’t even speak and would just nod their heads. We had tried to cancel our reservation but said we needed 72 hours notice but no where was that stated. So we were stuck in this horrible room. You can barely fit in bathroom. Will never book there again
