I am still trying to resolve a refund issue for the price difference. I originally reserved a Deluxe Room with 1 King Bed, but upon arrival, it was unavailable, and I was given an upgraded suite. As a solo traveler, I didn’t particularly want the upgrade, but there was no other choices. After returning home, I noticed that I was charged the suite price on my credit card. I’ve been working to get a refund. I called them 2 times (Friday, and today Wednesday), but the refund has not yet appeared on my card. It’s quite frustrating to have to deal with this hassle after my stay.
