Nauti puhtaasta kallioisesta loistosta tässä kauniissa kodissa, joka tunnetaan nimellä "Estes Peak Retreat" (rekisteröinti # 6172). Tämä uskomaton omakotitalo sijaitsee 31 yksityisellä alayksellä, rajautuu RMNP: hen - hieman yli kahden mailin päästä RMNP: n sisäänkäynnillä autolla ja 6 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Estes Parkin keskustasta. Se on täydellinen paikka!

Ulkouima-kuistilta voit rentoutua pöydän, takan tai jopa porealtaan äärellä ja nauttia upeista näkymistä sekä villieläimistä. Tämä ylellinen mukautettu koti sisältää kolme king-huonetta, kolme yhteistä aluetta, 1000 neliön jalka Brasilian punapuun kuisti ja sekä sisä- että ulkotakka. Talossa on leppäpuun mittatilaustyönä tehty keittiö ja kaapit. (Alder-puu on samantyyppistä puuta kuin Venetsian kaupungin pilings sekä monet Fender-kitarat.)

Talon ominaisuudet:

Estes Peak Retreatissä on deluxe keittiö, joka on kokin unelma. Siinä on tilavia graniittilaskuja, mukaan lukien ylellinen saari, jossa on baarijakkarat. Se on täysin varustettu erinomaisista keittiövälineistä ja mausteista kaasu-uuniin, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu jääkaappi, sähköuuni ja mikroaaltouuni. Ruokasalissa on laajennettu ruokapöytä, joka sopii erinomaisesti perhejuhlia tai ystävien kanssa.

Estes Peak Retreat -hotellissa on kolme king-makuuhuonetta (3 king-size-vuodetta, + vuode vuode alemman tason avoimella alueella ja kahden hengen vuode yhdessä king-makuuhuoneessa) ja 3 ½-kylpyamme. Koti on vuorattu laajoilla ikkunoilla, jotka tarjoavat vuoristomaisemat kaikkialla. Kaksi makuuhuoneista tarjoaa nämä upeat näkymät. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat myös käytettävissä.

Nauti kolmesta istuinalueesta, joka helpottaa lastenhuoneen pelihuone ja kaksi muuta viihdehuonetta. Nauti Dish TV: stä ylä- ja alareunassa sekä makuuhuoneessa, WIFI: ssa ja ulkogrilli. Lumikenkäilyä, patikointia tai hiihtoa varten voit nauttia lämpimästä ja kodikkaasta ajasta sisä- tai ulkotakka tai rentoutua porealtaassa. (Lumikengät tarjotaan talvimatkailijoille).

Puolen kilometrin vuoren ajotieltä estää uteliaita katsojia tulemasta kiinni omaisuuteen ja antaa vieraille yksityisyyden, jonka he ansaitsevat. (Huomaa: ajotieltä on kolme terävää kierrosta. Menemme kesällä helposti Priusiin, mutta emme halua ajaa suurta RV: tä! Talvikuukausina tarvitaan nelipyöräisiä, nelivetoisia tai lumirenkaita.)

Etusija annetaan koko viikon lauantaista lauantaihin varausten tekemiseen kesäkuun lopun ja elokuun lopun välillä. Weekend Getaway
I had some high expectations from seeing the beautiful photos on the VRBO listing, and I must say that once we drove up the mountain and walked in... it exceeded them. From the communication before getting to the property and all throughout, it all was perfect. We found it hard to want to leave this beautiful home. Great views all around with nobody around but the Elk that visited us in the mornings. A cozy and spacious home with everything we needed and more. My friends and I highly recommend staying here and would love to return again one day.

Winter Getaway
This was the perfect place for our quick winter getaway to Estes Park. The house is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning! The kitchen was well stocked, there were a ton of games to play, and there were snowshoes/microspikes for us to use on our hikes in Rocky Mountain NP. The owner was great and provided a bunch of helpful information. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer, but we will be back and will stay here again!

Spectacular Mountain Luxury
We’ve rented a lot of homes and this was our hands down favorite! Very private high above Estes Park with huge windows looking out over the snow-covered peaks of Rocky Mountain National Park. We had three couples, each literally with their own private suite of spacious king bedroom, bathroom with shower, and separate sitting area. The great room is spectacular with high ceilings, tall rock fireplace and large dining area, and a chef’s kitchen equipped with all of appliances, dishes, glasses and utensils For 10 guests. The wrap around deck with gas grill, table and chairs, outdoor fireplace and hot tub gave us wonderful nights under the stars. Host Heidi answered our calls on the spot, made us feel so welcome and gave us tips about the best hiking trails. I would recommend this one-of-a-kind custom-built retreat to any group visiting Estes Park12 Thumbs Up!

Spectacular!
We were so blessed to stay at this mountain top home as we celebrated an early Christmas. We all flew in from different parts of the country. Our hosts paid attention to every detail. Best place we’ve stayed yet! We felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of touring Rocky Mountain National park, which is just a few miles away. Our master bed was incredibly comfortable with super soft bedding. Every window had a spectacular view of the mountains. A must stay for us again. Thank you!!!

Mountain retreat
We stayed for 4 nights with 8 year old, 40 year olds and a 70 year old. This property is exactly what we all needed. Views and wilderness but with the comfort of a luxury property. We drove our Tesla and the charger in the garage was so nice, typically we charge at the Stanley hotel and it was very convenient to charge on site. The road was no problem for our Tesla. Lots of animals to see out the windows, deer, elk, turkeys. We had so much fun and would stay again!

Spectacular. Absolutely spectacular…
It was an incredible time up at the Estes Park Estate. We’re a tight-knit group of five friends juggling demanding careers, large families and all the stressors and strains therein; to find a spot like this was just what the doctors ordered. From start to finish, our host Heidi was a marvel. Detailed, welcoming, mindful and kind. The house (castle!) was stunning. Gorgeous, clean, modern and comfortable. The great room was washed in sunlight at all times of the day and we couldn’t have been more blessed by the weather. Amenities were perfect; we’ve got some grill-masters in our crew, so our time was almost exclusively spent on the wraparound sun deck with the outdoor fireplace, gas grilling station and hot tub. The views were breathtaking and the silence of the surrounding mountains gave us some of the best sleep we’ve had in months. Downtown Estes had some awesome breweries and distilleries to visit, and we created a day-crawl to visit each one. Only, we never actually went because we couldn’t rip ourselves away from the house for that long, we enjoyed our sanctuary that much. Our only mild critique: Heidi told us that we couldn’t take the house with us when we left; she wanted us to leave it there on the mountain for others to enjoy. Completely understandable. Oh- my-gosh, were we grateful to our Super-Hostess Heidi, and, oh-my-gosh, you need to visit so you can have your own extraordinary experience. Highest recommendations and compliments for our golden stay.

Best Vacation
We vacation in Estes Park every year and this was our first time staying in this house. It was awesome. It truly was. Secluded and equipped with everything you need. After stocking up at the grocery store, we hardly even left the house for a whole week. I had the most relaxing time, the hot tub and outdoor fireplace on the wraparound deck and mountain views from every window and chair on the deck...it was beautiful. I was thrilled to find a yoga mat at the house and used it every morning out on the deck. It was perfect.

Estes Peak Estates was stunning. The views from each of the large windows throughout the home were breathtaking. ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!!!! 5⭐️+!
Listen, I’ve rented a lot of vacation rentals in the woods and there is absolutely no place that matches this spot. It is just dreamy! Everyone from grandparents to young children loved this place. The beds were very comfortable and the views were majestic! It has a convenient entry into RMNP and easy proximity into town. Don’t be nervous by the driveway - any place with views like this is worth the climb. You can tell how much the Owners take pride in this property - the details show! It was one of my most memorable mountain trips. Thanks for making it so special for our family!!! Do not pass up this rental - it is such a gem! We would be lucky to stay here again.

Where do I begin! This place is just awesome! From the start, Heidi and Harvey were amazing at communicating with us and answering any questions we had! This home has it all! Location, views, amenities and so much more! The home is very well stocked and lacks for nothing! All you need are your clothes and some food! The beds in all bedrooms are very comfortable and have soft blankets and sheets! Lots of pillows too! From the unique mountain home decor, the beautiful woodwork throughout, the large windows and wrap around deck, the outdoor fireplace, the hot tub, the outdoor dining options with a BBQ grill and plenty of property to explore (which made this home so private), this place offered so much more than we ever expected! Our family of six adults absolutely loved it and we would all highly recommend it! Do not pass on this home, you will surely be missing out!

Wonderful Estes Park Retreat
We were pleased to stay at the beautiful Estes Park Co. home of our gracious hosts Heidi and Harvey. We received good communication from them prior to our trip and when we arrived. The driveway to the home was a gravel road but with AWD vehicle and excellent directions, it was no problem getting to the house and using the key pad entry. The next morning, the view from floor to ceiling windows was jaw dropping: Longs Peak, etc. This is a large home with 2-car garage, wrap deck and vaulted ceilings, immaculately cleaned, the highest home on the mountain, very quiet with no road noise. Wife added 8 birds to her life list. The house is 10 min from the entrance to the RMNP. We saw an Elk/calf near house. The house is beautiful and comfortably furnished with a well-appointed kitchen/dining or sit on deck if you prefer outside. There is a Safeway grocery in town 15 minutes away. The bed was comfortable in Main floor master suite. There was a large bed/bath suite upstairs off the loft, with TV, a lower-level theatre room, 3rd bedroom and full bath on the naturally cool (3rd) lower level. There is WIFI. No air conditioning is common in Estes Park, but cool breezes come in through open windows. There are black bears in the area – we did not see any but be careful with trash. If you are looking for someplace to disconnect from all the aggravations in the world, this would be the spot!

Incredible Views
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home itself is a custom-designed treasure, and the views are breathtaking. The location is fantastic as well, with quick access to the RMNP and Roosevelt National Forest. The owner was extremely gracious and accommodating as well. We will be back!

Amazing Location
The house was wonderful with fantastic views from the large floor to ceiling windows, a hot tub and plenty of space. The hosts have been very good at communicating with us and the house was very clean and fully stocked. I would recommend this place for your next vacation.
