My experience with the hotel and staff was excellent. My check in experience with expedia was awful. I arrived at the property only to be told that expedia did not calculate the tax on the room properly. When i called expedia to have them correct the issue it took forever. What a horrible inconvenience. I was late to Christmas and was stressed to finish cooking. Ruined my day.

The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming. The environment felt safe and peaceful. We ended up staying two extra days. The room rate was very reasonable, and the breakfast was included with lots of choices. This is where we will stay again when pass this way!

The property was very old and rundown, musty smell as well as insecticide smell. The security doorlock was broken, although they fixed it on the spot it should have been fixed before hand. Towels were thin and very hard, they seemed old and were mismatched. Loud street sounds including bikers going up and down parking lot Lots of itching and I suspected bedbugs so I left rather than risk it. Took a shower at new hotel room and itching stopped, very glad I left!!!
