Staff super friendly and kind. We had a late arrival and they called to be sure we were ok and still arriving. Room was clean. Beds comfy. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. This was a stop over on a long road trip. But I'd stay here again

We stayed on the 4th floor. When you get off the elevator, turn right, there is a dip in the hallway floor. Its spongy and flexible. Those floors ahould be solid concrete. In the room, the floor is creaky, and also has an odd flex. The room door is ill fitted, leaving a gap on the bottom and the latching side. A good bit of light comes in. The charging pads on the side table and over by the coffee maker was very very sticky. The toilet is set very low to the floor, and the sink counter is rather high.

We were on the 3rd floor, the elevator was broken and the cleaning staff was making noise in the hallway from early on, knocking on the door to ask when we were leaving. Terrible service.

Check-in/out staff very pleasant. Comfortable accommodations. Great breakfast bar,good food and great staff. Noisy during late hours/early morning. Young people hanging out in back parking lot after dark, didn't feel comfortable walking from car to hotel.
