Great stay!!

Spent the night visiting Exeter for Phillips academy. Super close to the school. Lots of restaurants near by. Adequate breakfast. Good coffee. Really comfy beds were my favorite. Overall a great stay!!

NYE 3 night stay

Very clean and pet friendly was most convenient. The coffee tea station was always clean and stocked. I was unable to enjoy free breakfast for three days because the hours of operation were way too early. I heard the same complaint from several of the guests. I would definitely stay again, but would love to have a grab bag breakfast option.

I was very pleased with the staff, convenience of the location and of course the cleanliness too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the seacoast area. Close proximity to Portsmouth and Boston. We will be back!
