Tervetuloa Casa de Dunasiin, Folly Beachin uusimpaan ja viileimpään loma-asunnolle! Hotelli sijaitsee Folly Beachin rauhallisella länsipuolella. Center Streetin hälinästä on helppo 3 korttelin kävelymatka, ja ranta on vain 1 korttelin päässä! Tule mukaan juhliin! Tämä on uusi koti, jossa on aivan uutta! On 2 queen-size-vuodetta, joissa on mukavat, mukavat vuodevaatteet ja patjat. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu kattiloiden / pannut, lasitavarat ja astiat.

Omistaja on juuri suorittanut 8 kuukauden kunnostuksen tästä klassisesta Folly Beachin mökistä. Kaikki on päivitetty korkeimmalle tasolle. Kylpyhuone on kaakeloitu ja muu talo on kaunis sydän mänty. Talo on kodikas ja vuodepaikkoja 4 hengelle (6 vuodepaikkaa vuodesohvalla). Suuri näytön kuisti on hyvä paikka istua ja ottaa suolainen merituuli. Takapiha on täysin aidattu.

Absolutely perfect
This was the prettiest, cleanest, most well cared for house I've ever booked through VRBO. The location allowed me to walk to the beach and to Center Street in Folly Beach. The home had everything you could ask for. The neighborhood was so beautiful with the overarching palm trees. I couldn't ask for more in a beach rental.

Great stay in this cute beach cottage
My daughter and I + our two dogs stayed in this cute cottage for her fall break. It was perfect! Central enough to be close to everything, but also quiet at night. Quick walk to the beach. Outdoor shower to wash the sand off upon return. Very comfortable and exactly as pictured. We will be back!

Amazing location, cozy & clean
Overall, we were happy with this cottage. I chose it because it was a 5 minute walk to the 3rd street beach access point where our boys were having surf camp each morning. It was awesome being so close to the beach! We didn’t need to worry about parking & if we forgot something, we were able to easily walk back to the cottage and get it. Everything was VERY clean and I’ll take that over other accommodations every time. The cottage is quite small, similar to other small cottages on the island, but it was just fine for 2 adults and 2 kids (12 & 9) for the week. There is no dishwasher, which was fine since we mostly ate out. There is no kitchen table inside the home, which wasn’t a big deal to us, but it’s worth noting so future tenants are aware. However, there is a back porch that is screened in with a couch and two chairs and also a table with 4 chairs. I loved sitting out here because it’s shady and there is always a breeze, my family preferred the AC after hot beach days. Again, everything is extremely clean and I appreciate how they launder the bed quilts between tenants making sure everything is fresh. We would stay here again!

Great Location
Enjoyed our stay at stones throw. Have a 2 year and 4 year old and it was close walk to beach access with two blocks and 4 blocks to playground. The area is very busy with visitors to beach on weekend, but was very walkable during the weekdays. Also very close to the beach city center with lots of great places to eat.

Property was clean and just as described. Location was great, one block to beach. Only thing I would suggest is a light at the back door of the sunroom… it’s too dark at night to see the steps! Would stay again at this location.

Everything at the house was nice and clean as advertised. We had two adults and two dogs it was the perfect location from the beach and downtown restaurants and bar areas. Definitely will be back!

super fab cottage for folly
Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood just a block from the beach. The houses are very close but enough foliage gives privacy. The screen porch is comfortable and there are chairs in the yard as well. Great little spot!

Perfect stay!
My wife and I enjoyed our stay here so much! It it so close to everything. Even though it is “small” the layout is so open that we never ran into not having enough space. The screened in porch was great. We will be back next year for sure.
