Upon arrival property was easy to park in and room was spacious, clean and neat. Staff worker we addressed or talked to were nice and polite. Facility (outside) is a little ran down like must things in Florida due to humidity levels, the exterior halls, stairs and walls can use a renovation to make them look more modern.
Service wise, for a similar rating hotel we sort of missed a couple of details here and there; room had no hangers at all for our clothes. Room had no garbage baskets anywhere (bathroom and next to microwave), so we had to put garbage on plastic bags and take them out regularly. Pool section was great, complementary breakfast very decent but I wished the Pool Bar was opened for business. It was closed and cluttered, a business big miss if you ask me. It could have been opened with that nice tap beer section opened for a price and with music. It would have elevated this hotel level from 3 to maybe 4 stars.
