Excellent location
My husband and I stayed in the Birch townhouse for the month of Feb 2025. We had our adult children and their families join us for a couple of long weekends. This property is in an excellent location to the beach, restaurants, etc. There are allot of steps. There is an elevator which worked perfectly but sometimes it was quicker just going up and down the stairs. The rental company was very easy to work with, and super responsive. It's not in the description but there are beach chairs available. This townhome was very well stocked. The only complaint I can think of, was that there is not a propane tank in the grill so we were not able to grill out as we anticipated. Overall this was an excellent place to spend a month in Florida.
Stayed 29 nights in Jan 2025
