Our stay was from Dec 22-Dec 25. It was very nice. The bar/restaurant was closed for the holidays but there are ample choices of other restaurants and bars. Housekeeping was also basically off (just cleaning rooms as people checked out) but the front desk attendant told us that if we needed clean towels, etc., to just ask and they would bring them to us. We did have to switch rooms within 15 mins of getting up there because the bed was broken, but they moved us down 2 rooms so it wasn't too much inconvenience (the 2nd room was better anyway!) Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Waffles and other stuff. Overall, I would stay again!

When we arrived I wait about 5 minutes before front desk showed up. When I came there was another guest who had been waiting for sometime. We called out no one responded. I went behind the desk to see if I could find someone, as I was stepping out the front desk clerk told me I wasn’t allowed behind the desk not I am sorry I wasn’t here but instructing the other guest and me not to go behind the desk. We booked that hotel because the amenities said it had restaurant. It did not have one that was open. It was only 6:35 on. The controls for the ac/heat were broken. We were unable to move the temperature to comfortable level.

Accessible room does not mean roll in bath. You have to get the bench from under sink and screw onto tub. Also, the bathroom we had looked shoddy. Just old and worn out. Fyi bed is definitely comfy, yay!

It's not easy accessing the entrance if you don't know where it is. Especially your first time there. It is easy to miss and drive right past. But once you get there, everything and everyone was very nice.
