Mattress is super old you sink in when you lay down, roaches in the room. The floor was filthy dirty. I paid a lot to stay here one night, for a room worth paying $20 bucks for. The stairs are literally about to collapse my son tripped on the concrete stairs and scrapped his knees and has them all bruised up. They aren’t even you can tell they are at its last. They are extremely dangerous. I travel up and down the state for work and this is by far the worst!

The check-in and check-out process was easy. I just responded to the text message and took care of everything. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn't go down to the lobby for food in the morning. I don't think there was a hot breakfast option. They came and cleaned and replaced items we used, like soap. We did have an issue with the shower curtain. It fell and we had a hard time fixing it, so we just left it. If you need it, a charging station is within walking distance.

Paid for a double room and was put in a standard room. When I went back and looked at a future booking it doesn’t even look like they have a double room. If you looking for a cheaper place to lay your head it’s not bad. Stairs are kinda sketchy.

my stay at the hotel was great. The customer service was fantastic. My concern was I drive a lift van., That is very low to the ground I was not able to get in and out of the property. The driveway had a dip in it that scratched the bottom of my vehicle so I had to park in a vacant lot next-door to the hotel other than that fabulous thank you. ?

LIKED: Easy to find. DISLIKED: everything was out dated, toilet would shift/move when getting up. BED: you need to purchase a new one that doesn't have sink holes, bedding was very cheaply designed/stained, desk chair was stained. Lighting at sink area very poor, needs to be brighter. Small fridge didn't keep temperature. Bathroom doorframe on floor was detatched. Air conditioner: when your guests were outside, their cigarette smoke came inside my room, the whole room smelled like smoke. Last but not least. Your photos on your internet site is deceptive. Very disappointed in what we walked into as nothing looked like it was on your internet site.

Inexpensive should not mean dirty & poor service.
This hotel is run down, dirty grounds, breakfast had waffles and the fruit was old and overripe and just a few tables way to small, nothing more than that. The pillows were so flat, no blankets just a sheet and the overlay. The floorboards were all coming off everywhere. The towels old, thin, stained and dingy. The paint chipped everywhere. Poor amenities. The flooring was separating, the toilet was coming off the wall so when you sat it would move forward, the floor in the restroom was old and denting in at all corners, the shower water did not not drain well obviously clogged. The staff not friendly or welcoming at all especially the older ladies. The stairs and sidewalks outside filthy needs major pressure washing. Cigarette buds all in the so called rock landscaping. There was a dog in the next room that barked all night. To say the least it was really bad.

The property is in desperate need of repairs and updates. The mattress in our room sunk in the middle. The paint is multiple layers thick and there are stains on the walls. There are no USB plugs in the room.

The room was not cleaned. Sheets and shower curtain were dingy and dirty. There were roaches in the bathroom. The floorboards weren’t attached to the wall. The room always poorly painted and maintained. Cracks in floor and wall could be seen. We felt very uncomfortable staying in the room.
