Property location was convient to where we needed to go. Room was a bit outdated, found roaches and the hot water label on the shower was reversed causing us to miss our first morning shower until we brought the problem up to the front desk and they told us about the labeling problem.

There are other and better options in Gainesville.
I was in Gainesville for 1-night on business and stayed here because the price was reasonable. The place has a run-down feel to the hotel. It needs a facelift. The worst was finding a roach under the covers in my bed. I would never stay here again.

Room smelled like pee just because we ask for pet friendly room, but it looks like all dogs are peeing there, we move to Quinta-Wyndham and all rooms are pet friendly without any pee odor and way better cleaned rooms and stay

The room was supposed to have 2 queen beds. They were obviously double bed. When I asked the lady at the counter her response was, that is the size of our wueen beds. So comfort inn has created their own sized mattress.
