Excellent staff and they took care of the customers. This is our third time staying at the place and everyone committed to ensure the service of excellence. The property was situated not too far from the University. However, we could not hear any noises around the area. We slept very well for both nights. We will come back and stay at this place again.

Very Disappointed
I requested an ADA room and when I arrived I was told it was booked. I was put in a standard room with a bathroom doorway so small my wheechaur would not fit through. So for the entirety if my I could not use the toilet shower, wash my hands etc

Absolutely terrible, dirty AC was so noisy room had a terrible odor and left a bad taste in your mouth . The last straw was having to walk past the drunks sat on the walkway out side the room. God knows what it would be like after dark. We could not stay there and left

The walls, light switches, and counters were dirty, like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Brown splattered stains like mud or something. The floors looked like they'd been mopped then walked on by someone with muddy boots. The shower had rust and grout problems. The towels and linens seemed clean, though.

Not the best
The room was very old. The shower was absolutely disgusting. It was basically clean but so old that it looked dirty. The bedsheets were the same. The street noise was so bad that we could barely sleep. We came up for a football game so that contributed to the noise and the price went up significantly. I learned that normally the hotel is much less per night when there are no football games. In that case, then you are getting what you pay for and it is worth it. The check-in process was easy and the manager seemed nice.

Great stay!
Came to Gainesville for a football game. We just needed a place to sleep. We were pleasantly surprised with our room. Way out did our expectations. Great location walking distance to to stadium and great restaurants. Room was very clean! No issues at all. Will be our place to stay for future visits to Gainesville
