Surprised Hilton allows this
Room had Mold and Mildew Smell so strong unable to sleep. Called Front Desk Mngt, etc 3-4x with no response. Finally the second night after demanding to speak with Manager, we were moved to a healthier room as even when the manager entered the room they had difficulty with odor. After relocating us at 10pm to another room we were advised we would have room credited and breakfast due to situation. This hotel didn't make good on either one. I never complaim but this was terrible

Paid $750 for a room and to find it was handicap accessible with a bench in the shower. We were not given an option and had to make do. Will not be making reservations through Expedia again, rather make your reservation directly with the hotel property.

Both sets of queen sheets were stained and gross. The tub had residue in it. There were many hairs from the previous guest in the sink and on the counter. It looked Like it hadn’t been cleaned in the turn over. The front desk and maintenance were very friendly

There was a straw wrapper on the hall floor that remained for the entire stay. The wall in our room was swollen with water and both the sink and bath drained very slowly. Many menu items were unavailable. Overall a property in decline (we had been there before and it was much better).

The bathroom area really needed cleaning, specially around the baseboards the handrails the shower. The shower curtain was too small and the shower rod should’ve been a curved rod because we were both handicap and it stuck to us constantly and those little squirt bottles that they have hanging on the walls that is totally ridiculous, and it smells horrible shampoo and conditioner and body wash. They could’ve least got something that smelt better. It smell like spoiled milk I had to go out and buy some thank God. I brought some Lysol wipes with me and I wiped the bathroom down. It was filthy not saying that the little girl didn’t clean it and the refrigerator had a big chunk of ice inside frozen in it.
