Staff was excellent, clean room, we aren’t sure why the restaurant downstairs OC brewhouse doesn’t offer food delivery to the room, or even a phone line to place a to go order. The food and staff was great there, but an odd system of getting food to guests that didn’t want to sit there to dine. We ordered door dash for breakfast instead of using the restaurants on site, just because the process seemed odd to not have breakfast as a room service option. Our stay was exceptional otherwise.

We liked the transportation to Disney land. Although the hotel is somehow linked to disneyland you don`t get access to the early entry! The drink at the bar, was a small glass with a huge ice- block inside and some liqud around for 19 $. Taste moderate. Room war nice and clean, parking per night 30$ extra.

The hotel is beautiful. Lobby is gorgeous. Service is great. We stayed in the kids suite. Although it met all our needs, the room itself is outdated. Furniture is worn. The south tower has been renovated but the north tower is not. We stayed in the north tower.

Hotel was very outdated room was old and not the room I booked online. Plumbing was terrible and toilet kept clogging. Staff was unhelpful and not friendly on arrival when asked about Expedia perks, example room, upgrade, and voucher.
