I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked a room over a month in advance for my trip to Disneyland, but on the very day of my arrival, just a few hours before check-in, I received an email saying they no longer had any rooms available. I had already arrived at the airport and hadn’t even checked my email yet, so I would have gone to the hotel without knowing this if I hadn't checked later.
This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. The lack of communication and the last-minute notice caused a lot of unnecessary stress, especially after traveling. I can't imagine what would have happened if I hadn't seen the email in time. I cannot recommend this hotel due to the unreliability and poor customer service.
