Sijainti, sijainti, sijainti! Aivan mäkeä ylöspäin Ripleyn tupakointien akvaariosta tai välttää liikennettä ja tule sisään / ulos takaosaan, kun asiat ovat kiireisiä. Äskettäin uusittu, ylellinen mökkilinna, josta on upeat näkymät vuorille ja Gatlinburgin keskustaan, tekevät sinusta "Mountain of the King". Nyt upouusi avoimen pohjaratkaisun keittiö näköalalla, kauniisti uusitut kylpyhuoneet ja uusi lattia. Pelihuone on päivitetty uudella baarilla, pelihallilla ja pelipöydällä. Jos olet yöpynyt suositulla "Mountain of the King" -paikalla, olet yllättäen miellyttävästi kaikista päivityksistä!

Suuret holvatut oleskelu- ja ruokailutilat tarjoavat uskomattoman näköalan lattiasta kattoon, ja siellä on paljon istuimia suurelle perheelle tai ryhmälle ihanan pinottu kivi-kaasutakka. Massiivista 70 tuuman 4 tuuman HD-televisiota, jossa on Blueray-soitin, voidaan katsella helposti mistä tahansa oleskelu- ja ruokailutiloista tai pokeripöydältä oleskelutilan yläpuolella sijaitsevalla parvella!

Äskettäin uusittu, tilava keittiö, jossa on graniittitiskit ja ruostumattomat laitteet, on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitaan ruoanlaittoon ryhmällesi. Keittiötilassa on istumapaikat 12 hengelle ja ruokasalissa on istumapaikat 15 lisää.

Mistä tahansa alakerran makuuhuoneista tai pelihuoneista astu laajaan alakerrokseen, josta on kauniit näkymät keinulta tai kuumaltaalta!

Pelihuoneessa on ihana baari, jossa on pesuallas ja minijääkaappi, biljardipöytä, HDTV, multikade, pelipöytä, lauta- / korttipelit ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja.

Tässä mökissä on kolme King-sviittiä, kaksi Queen-sviittiä ja kaksi kerrossänkyä. Jokaisessa 7 makuuhuoneen sviitissä on oma televisio ja kylpyhuone, jossa on ylelliset suihkupäät. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on matkalaukut, joissa on hiustenkuivaaja jokaisessa kylpyammeessa. Master-king-sviitti on päätasolla, mikä sopii erinomaisesti vanhemmille perheenjäsenille, jotka eivät ehkä halua navigoida portaita niin usein.

Erittäin nopea Wi-Fi ja ylimmän tason kaapelipalvelu tarjotaan kaikkialla.

Great Cabin
Perfect cabin for a family getaway to the mountains. All of the rooms had private restrooms which was a major plus and the property concierge was very attentive to our needs. Guests should be prepared to navigate the sharp curves of the mountains and the steep driveway, but I would not let that deter me from the property.

Beautiful home, great location
This has been the most beautiful home we’ve rented in Gatlinburg. It is very close to town. The views are amazing. My grandsons and kids played games and we enjoyed the hot tub. So spacious. Great stay! The concierge Lindsey was quick to respond to all questions.

Amazing Property
This property was fantastic! It’s conveniently located just a few minutes from town and the grocery store, with incredible views overlooking the area. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect for our large family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals throughout the day. Parking took a little getting used to for us Floridians more familiar with straight roads, but it wasn’t a big issue. We were lucky to experience a snowstorm, and the fire pits made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing location!
I have to say the location of this property is perfect. It was so close to all the attractions we planned to visit. The house is beautiful too. If you are staying with the max amount of guests allowed, more than a couple days, bring towels. Otherwise, you will find yourself having to do laundry. No one wants to wash towels during a vacation. My husband contacted the property manager for more towels but the answer was there was 32 towels in the house. So one towel per guest for 5 days . Yikes! Also the kitchen appliances are in need of an update. We couldn’t keep the freezer shut. When you close the fridge the freezer door opens. And the house can get pretty hot. We couldn’t get the air to stay on. We would lower the temperature and it would go right back to 70 like it was Locked at that temperature. The main floor room was at a good temperature but all the people that slept in the bottom and top floor were complaining about the heat. We couldn’t sleep well. I couldn’t get the fan in the room to work either . The last night it got colder at night so we could sleep better that night. I was celebrating a birthday and our cake was melting-the tiers We’re giving up because of the heat. We made it work but we should be allowed to set the air temperature to cold if thats what we prefer. Overall, it was a good and the house worked perfectly for the winter wonderland b-day theme. I would return if the owners assure me I will have more towels and colder air LOL

Great Family Reunion spot
We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The kids played the games and hide and seek, the adults played games and enjoyed the view. Our only difficulty was the driveway; otherwise it was an excellent property and one we would want to return to.

Family vacation
I was with my family of 25-7 adults and 18 grandchildren. The sleeping worked out well for us with a boys bunk room and a girls bunk room. The 2 oldest grandsons shared a king suite. The high chair booster seat was new and so nice to have for the baby. We all agreed the home was perfect for our needs. Concierge, Lindsey, was wonderful to work with. As we left this morning, my 6 year old grandson stood at the front door and said to me “I don’t want to leave this beautiful house!”

Amazing stay for a family trip. Our group of 15 especially enjoyed having a bathroom for every bedroom. Only complaints were the steepness of the driveway, but we had advanced warning and we managed with 6 cars just fine.

Wedding get away
My fiance and I planned a destination wedding in beautiful Gatlinburg and needed a place to fit our entire immediately families in one place. This house was perfect for us, we got good use out of the hot tub and pool table, and the views were hard to beat. We spent every evening relaxing here, having a cocktail on the huge porch, and it couldnt have been better.

Great Scenic views but parking is difficult
House was very nice and wonderful scenic view. Owner was very quick to respond. Drive and parking area very steep and it was difficult to get 5-6 cars in. There is a need for more teaspoons as mostly had tablespoons. We all enjoyed our stay.

Our group went down to the Smokies for a hiking trip. The house was perfect, with 18 people we had more than enough space. Communication with the property manager was perfect as well. If we go back we will be staying here again!

Manager's Retreat
The property was exceptionally clean and spacious with breathtaking views. It was a perfect backdrop to a busy day of policy work. It was great taking breaks and gong out onto the deck taking in the warm sun and the views. My management team got finished in record time and enjoyed the team building experience staying together. There was plenty of space to work together an then retreat to a private space. We enjoyed the last night of hanging out and watching a movie together.

Amazing family trip
This house was perfect for my dad’s 70th birthday celebration. You cannot have a more convenient location to downtown gatlinburg, while also having incredible views. The house itself is spacious and clean and gorgeous and had every amenity we needed. They even include simple essentials like soaps and detergents. I also appreciate the extra blankets on each bed. Thank you to the property owners!!

Location of the property is excellent. Can be downtown in a matter of minutes. Excellent room for a larger party. Some of the appliances could use an update. We do a lot of cooking. The only complaint I would really have was cleanliness of property. Overall, I would recommend property to large groups. We had a great stay.

The property is beautiful. The home is very accommodating to families and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We had to reach out to the property manager once due to a weather caused power outage and they offered to bring out flash lights and candles to us, however the power was quickly restored. We would definitely recommend this property to any of our family or friends staying in the area.
