As the owners, we personally manage Bella Vista Lodge. We focus on quality and detail, ensuring a level of care and service that large property management companies can't match. We own and manage only a handful of cabins, allowing us to dedicate time and attention to each one. Bella Vista sits on nearly 1 acre of flat, level land, offering incredibly rare and ample outdoor space in downtown Gatlinburg. Most cabins in the area have little to no outdoor yard space, or are positioned on steep inclines, Bella Vista is not like that. The paved driveway provides easy access and ample parking for multiple vehicle sizes and trailers.

Bella Vista Lodge offers a unique combination of stunning views, spacious comfort, and exceptional service, making it an ideal destination for creating unforgettable memories. Experience panoramic mountain views and serene sunsets from our mountaintop retreat. The property overlooks downtown Gatlinburg, providing spectacular night views of the city lights as well.

Sleeps Up to 14 Guests: Bella Vista Lodge features four king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus two queen sofa beds and two high-quality roll-out beds. This spacious setup is perfect for large gatherings.

The main master bedroom on this level has a tile "walk in" shower and a bubble jet jacuzzi style tub. One sleeper sofa is located in the living room on level 1. Pet Policy: We welcome up to two dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 plus tax. Additional dogs may be approved with a further fee. Please ensure dogs are crated / kenneled when unsupervised inside the cabin. We do provide a single dog kennel on site. It is approximately 36 x 24 x 24 inches and stays folded away in a closet for guest use.

For your safety, we have outdoor surveillance cameras actively recording the grounds, parking areas, and main entrance. These cameras do not intrude on private areas such as hot tubs and are used solely for property security.
