The heating in the room didn’t work and there was only 1 person at reception rushed off his feet as the reception is also the bar so we couldn’t hear each other. I was sick with a bad cold and I couldn’t get any heating so I demand a refund. There was no heat Al teas either.

A very good option for early flights from Gatwick airport. Just a few minutes walk to departure lounge. The food is very good, 4am breakfast is a very considerate service! The only two shortcomings bases on my experience are: the hand washing sink is a bit clogged as the water in the sink goes away very slowly. Also the ventilation in the bathroom is a bit too loud and cannot be turned off. Overall a very good choice for airport overnight stay.
