LIVING AREAS - Skylights, exposed wood beams, and modern style set the scene for relaxation in the open-concept living room. A sectional and two club chairs offer plenty of comfy seating. Settle in for movie night on the 55” TV. A gas fireplace adds warm ambience on winter nights.

KITCHEN & DINING - Channel your inner chef in an airy kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. A side-by-side refrigerator and gas range make meal preparation a breeze. When it’s time to eat, share special meals around an elegant dining table for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS - This two-story home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom awaits on the second floor, furnished with a queen-size bed, twin-size sleeper sofa, and a 42” TV. The en-suite master bathroom, which is also accessible via the hallway, features a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.The guest bedroom on the first floor features a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom is located upstairs and offers another queen-size bed.

OUTDOOR AREAS - Your secluded backyard oasis beckons with beautiful landscaping, a pool, and a luxurious hot tub (heated free of charge). Gather around the gas fire pit to sip a glass of local wine. Bocce ball and basketball courts promise hours of family fun. The basketball court can also be converted to a volleyball court. The chefs in your group will love grilling poolside at the outdoor kitchen. Head to the covered patio for a lovely alfresco meal. The front porch offers more space to enjoy the fresh air.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS - Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars in the driveway. This home is NOT pet friendly.

CANCELATION POLICY - Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
