The room was clean and comfortable. One day we were getting ready to go somewhere got in the car. It showed one of the tires was low. I went in to the office to ask the manager where the nearest service station was without hesitation he got his tire gauge, checked the tires, brought out his portable Generator and filled the tire for us. Also, he’s found a second suitcase stand for us. Great place I would definitely stay there again..

One minute walk to nice and freindly saloon. Clean and modest room for reasonable price. Breakfast was ok for cereal and pastry. No eggs and bacon though.

Last minute stay after a long drive. Staff very nice. Easy check in. Pros- large room with fridge and comfortable beds. Clean bathroom with large shower. Air worked great. Also very near restaurants and bars. So close you could easily hear the bands across the street. Negs- People were out on the balcony drinking and listening to the band which is not so bad unless you are exhausted and trying to get to sleep. But after turning on the fan on the air unit, the white noise did its trick. Also ice was difficult to find and not sure if there is an elevator. Breakfast was average. Would stay again

Spending a few days in Williams was wonderful. America's Best Value Inn and Suites is a very clean, quiet and central place. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean but the towels were rough and seemed to need replacing. Breakfast was fine; nothing fancy but toast, cereal, oats, yoghurt or donuts and muffins. If you want a cooked breakfast, stay somewhere else (which would probably be more expensive). The coffee in the breakfast room was very good, not so much in the room 😔. We enjoyed our stay and we were able to walk the historic route 66 loop and take the Grand Canyon railroad to the South Rim.

No elevator.

Be for warned. My wife has a bad knee making it hard for her to use stairs. I booked our room online. When we checked in we were told our room was on the second floor with no elevator. They wouldn't let us change rooms or cancel because we booked online.
