Great family holiday getaway! Loved how comfortable the hotel is. Nice fireplace wished it were on all day. Family went to see The North Pole Experience and all stayed on your property.

Awesome place. All staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms look great. Super clean. Huge mini fridge. Microwave. TV mounted so it sits higher for better viewing. Lots desk/ counter space. Pool and hot tub were great. Bed wasn't too bad but the pillows fell flat i has to ask for some extra. My only complaint was you can hear a lot of noise on the floor.

The plumbing in the room was awful. The sink did not drain. The toilet would not flush and then flooded the bathroom. We had to hold it all night before being able to use a bathroom in the lobby which smelled like sewage.

There was construction going on, which made it a little noisy, but I loved that they called to confirm my res, and then Tabitha called the room to make sure everything was satisfactory. It was great! Clean, comfy, great shower, and the heat worked well after our cold visit to the Lowell observatory!
