Best hotel stay ever in Flagstaff
The staff was the best part of my experience! Prior to checking in I received a call welcoming me and to let them know if I need anything not to hesitate to reach out. Check in was super fast and easy. After getting to my room received a second call again welcoming me and making sure the room was good. Very professional staff that were genuinely friendly and courteous

Great place to stay
Overall the rooms were great. My only complaint is the stiffness of the beds. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that has a small family since it’s a 1 room. I enjoyed that there was a skywalk to the restaurant that was connected and the food was excellent there.

I called to verify that this was a dog-friendly hotel bu Googling the hotel and calling directly. The person who answered said that they were. Well, when we showed up to this hotel in the middle of our cross-country move, we were told that this was not true. When I showed the clerk the Google search and the number that was listed FOR THE HOTEL DIRECTLY and then called the number on speaker to prove that I was not lying. It was some shady third party that must have a contract with the hotel. The reason for the 1 star review is that when I asked for a refund given the circumstances (I booked with Expedia AFTER I called and was told they were dog friendly) and was refused. I was clearly scammed by a number listed as the direct hotel phone number. I proved it and the clerk took a screen shot to look into this. The fact that noone has called me to apologize, correct the situation, or provide a refund is incredibly disappointing. I am a small business owner myself and I would have been thankful that someone discovered this and would have refunded the money because it was obvious that I was scammed based on misinformation provided my the hotel. I will be disputing with AMEX and have proof to share with them as well. 415-404-8524

Days Hotel provided a clean, quiet, and comfortable room for our family vacation. The pool and hot tub were great additions to help keep our teenaged boys entertained when we were at the hotel. All of the staff that we interacted with were very polite and accomodating. And the location was close to many food and shopping options, making it convient for everything we needed.

I liked that there was a restaurant on property and it was really good. I also like the fact that there were a lot of amenities and there. There was a room for a family to gather outside of their hotel room in one of the lobby and other available areas. The sheer spaciousness in the rooms and the newly remodeled effects made it very very nice! We will stay here again!
