Nice service from staff and they were accommodating when I asked for another room. I felt unsafe with other visitors, which isn’t staffs fault. One man that was in the original room next to mine stared and made me very uncomfortable. Another man wanted me to jump his car that was blocking the entrance to the hotel. I had just finished a 12?hour shift and just wanted to rest. Instead of a fitted sheet it was a flat sheet and the linens didn’t smell freshly cleaned. No waterfall shower as advertised.

Perfect location if you want to walk around downtown Falg. Also, the beds were really comfortable which you dont find all that often.

Great Staff
On Route 66! Room was a typical hotel room. Comfy bed. Water pressure wasn’t great. The guest in the room next to me was outside smoking and coughing half the night. Cigarette smoke came through heating unit. Otherwise, the staff made the overall stay excellent. Friendly, polite and informative.

I liked that it had a "mountain" look on the outside. Inside was ok. It wasn't filthy or even really dirty, but the room hasn't been kept up and seemed musty and old. The shower head needs to be replaced as hard water calcium was blocking some of the holes.

It wasn’t our first time here, but definitely this time wasn’t that pleasant. They don’t offer the ice bucket anymore, and the tv wasn’t working properly (HDMI never worked). The desk chair looked dirty and the bedsheets were stained.

We arrived late at night. Checked in really fast. When we got to the room it appeared clean. After really being in room then you can see the carpet wasn’t vacuumed right. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. It had hair on the only 2 towels they provided. The refrigerator didn’t work. It was off so we thought. Turn the switch on and put our drinks in. In the morning everything was warm and nasty. Very overpriced for the quality.
