Kuukauden vuokra Lake House

Tämä järven edessä koti on telakka, 4500 neliömetrin olohuone, voimakkaasti metsäinen asetus vieressä varustetuista kalastus lampi.

On erittäin suuria huoneita, joissa on kaksi päämakuuhuonetta king-vuoteilla. Kaikissa huoneissa on järvinäköala ja katettu kuisti, josta on upeat näkymät.

Alemmalla tasolla on kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyamme. On myös suuri olohuone ja pelihuone, jossa on pingispöytä.

Pääkerroksessa on makuuhuone ja kylpyamme. Suuri oleskelualue ja ruokailutila kulkevat yhdessä. Siellä on myös keittiö ja ruokailutila.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa on toinen mestari, jossa on king-vuode ja yksi makuuhuone, jossa on queen-vuode, sekä kylpyhuone.

Kävely järvelle on hyvin lyhyt ja tasainen. Omistajalla on golf-jäsenyys, joka mahdollistaa ilman huoltajaa golfin kahdessa Reynolds Plantationin kurssissa.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lake Oconee. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pelihallin/-huoneen. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa keittiön ja 3.5 kylpyhuonetta.

Great house for family vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at Ed’s lake house. He was super responsive before we even checked in and also throughout our stay, answering any questions we had. The house was great for our family and we had plenty of space to spread out and entertain. The house was clean and furnished very nicely. We would definitely stay there again!

Filthy, insect-infested, not at all what we expected
When we arrived, the living room, master bathroom, and basement bedrooms and bathroom were filthy, had mud in them, and they were infested with insects. The sheets on beds were filthy with black stains and clumps of hair in them, so people had to wash their sheets when they arrived late at night. The towels were still in the laundry, and the cleaner came to do the laundry while we were in the house. The upstairs shower drain didn't work, so we only had two working showers for10 people. Disgusting brown water dripped onto someone's head from the ceiling in the kitchen. The grill does not get hot enough to actually cook meat, so we had to scramble to figure out how to cook dinner indoors for a group of people and had to eat in shifts. The back deck door doesn't lock because the pin doesn't set, which is problematic if you care about security. The outdoor furniture is unusable--at a summer house--because it hasn't been cleaned in probably years. The owner encouraged us to rent a boat, but there is nowhere to park the boat at the house. The back deck is filthy and rotting. There are entire plants growing out of the gutters, and the house looks completely unkempt. This house is not maintained at all. And to round out the awful experience, for which they charged quite a bit, the owner charged me to remove garbage--because he gave us the wrong pickup schedule. Would not recommend under any circumstances, ever.

Me and four close friends rented this spacious home. We all had our own rooms with beds to spare. The peaceful neighborhood and proximity to the lake made for a beautiful surrounding. Ed (the owner) was very responsive to all our needs and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home!
We loved our weekend at this home. There was plenty of space for 10 adults and one toddler to move around. My favorite things were the large dining table, sun room, and kitchen. There is also a great view of the cove. We were very comfortable and made many fond memories there. Ed was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend his home.

Awesome weekend!
We had an awesome weekend on the lake! The house has a lot of space and is very open which is great for large groups. The patio off the main living area was an awesome place to hang out in the morning and when trying to get out of the sun for a little. The backyard was flat which is great for any games like cornhole or for kids to run around and play. The owner, Ed, was very responsive and helpful for whatever we needed!

Fall golf/family getaway
The house is beautiful and spacious! Perfect for our extended family. Enough rooms and places to sleep. My husband and sons were able golf at the Landings and the Preserve. Ed set this up for them and it was so easy. The golf was phenomenal! The rest of us were able to walk around the extensive gated golf community. We rented a pontoon boat and explored the lake. The owner was helpful with everything involved. Thank you!

Fantastic spot right on the lake, very close to golf and with a golf membership, and easy boat rentals. Ed was extremely helpful and responsive and had great suggestions for things to do and places to go. Highly recommended for a peaceful, fun getaway!
