Easy communication with the owner. Home decor was a bit dated but clean and comfortable with well stocked baths and kitchen. There is a small boat, kayaks and fishing equipment available for guest use. Short drive to shopping, restaurants, OWA and other Gulf area attractions.

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed this place to the max. It was a perfect little getway to destress and get away. It was quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the use of kayaks , boat and the fishing supplies provided. The only complaint when arriving at the location was the fact that it is in a tralior park but once getting to the trailor it was okay.

The perfect getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was so easy to relax and make it feel like our home and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do! The view over the creek was beautiful and although I am not a bird fan, it was neat to see pelicans diving in the water for food and the crane that was out every morning right off of the back deck. There was plenary of room for us and the beds were so comfortable. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Off the Beach Rental!!

Paul has his listing underrated. He literally has everything you need (with the exception of food) on the property. All you need to bring is food, drinks, bait, and sunblock. He has gone above and beyond. The location is close to the beach & activities, but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of the bay. Thank you so very much !!

GREAT PROPERTY!

I simply cannot say enough good things about this property and our stay. We were in town for a soccer tournament and this spot was a great getaway at the end of the day. The pictures do not do it justice for both the house and the exterior waterside. This place lacked nothing but more time and for sure we will be staying again in the near future. If you are looking for a great spot with everything you need to get away...this is the spot.

What a Wonderful Place!

I was a bit skeptical about all the five-star reviews... but it's such a great place! The home is completely updated. Everything is brand new, which is great. It's right on the water. It's a great location for going to the beach or visiting other places and activities. The home was very comfortable and it had everything you could want or need. There was coffee (k-cups) ready to go and even a few bottles of water in the fridge. There were tons of towels, which is great. There was even soap and shampoo (even though we had brought our own.) The internet was not super fast, but once we had our site loaded, we were able to stream just fine. We had difficulty finding the local channels on the TV, especially for watching football, but we were able to stream the games on our computer. The deck out back, by the water was great. The community is quiet, which is nice, but it is a bit tucked away (we like that.) And the value was great.

Wifi didnt work the first night. Second night the roaches came out. Wife didnt get much sleep because they were in the bed. Went to the kitchen and they were all over, really big ones too. We made communication only to get an apology. Wont be staying here again.

I stayed at this property August 6-10 with my husband, our 2 young children and my mom and we absolutely loved it! we felt like the overall set up was perfect for a family! the bunkbeds were great for our kids and the kitchen had everything you could need to make meals or coffee. it rained almost every day we visited, but that was okay because there was so much to do here! From fishing on the little dock, to kayaking on the water, to tv or games..or just sitting out on the porch..we were never bored. 10/10 would recommend/would stay again!

This rental is amazing!!! The owner is super nice. The location is convenient about 10 miles from Gulf shores. Very clean, comfortable, quiet area and spacious property. Truly a home away from home. We will only stay here when we come back to gulf shores area.
