Staff was quite kind and understanding as i had a heavy machine on a trailer and the truck 9i had was not big enough to trnspt it. It would have been very unsafe to do so, i was able to leave it there while my larger truck was having work done, then went back to pick up at a later date. I had no issues. It was a long ride for me from home to this hotel, i stayed there a few nights coming back and forth. It is a very nice hotel, clean and updated.
