I have two complaints. 1) I left an object in the room, something of great value to me: made by my niece. When I came later to seek it later, it was gone. Please remind your staff not to throw away everything in the room and to use the lost and found. 1) The attendant at the desk told me (incorrectly) that I had to be at the airport 3 hours before my flight--at 3 AM--and catch the 2:30 shuttle. My airline desks do not even open until 4. Perhaps you might tell your staff not to offer advice until they are sure.

Great location, clean and comfy with lots of food options within a few minute drive but not quiet and staff did not want to be bothered with even simple questions. Did have washer & dryer, that was a bonus decent breakfast!

The furniture is in awful condition. The mattress not very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The proximity to the airport is what sells this place. The Dove amenities are nice.

Beware - Bed Bug Potential

We checked in for a weekend volleyball tournament for my daughter. The facility is older and looks run down. The real issue arose when we noticed brown/black/red spots on the sheets of both double beds. Google search for bed bugs shows very similar pictures. We called front desk and said we were leaving and asked for a refund. We were told no one could offer that but the GM and he wasn’t there until the next day. In a snowstorm, we left and went across the street to Homewood Suities - highly recommend, by the way. I received a call from the GM the next morning to say they would not charge my card for the stay but that there were no bed bugs- not sure how to to explain the sheets and how he could so easily rule it out.

The staff was excellent. The noise level was high. Example the bathroom light is linked to a load fan so you can't have the light on with out noise
