Very nice condos. They were built several years ago but h@ve been totally renovated on the inside. Extremely nice!

Fairway Forest Resort

Things to note: The check-in office is 1.7 miles from the actual resort. The gym and some of the other amenities are not in the resort, but are across the street from the check-in office, so the photos listed are not necessarily from the resort grounds but across the street from the check-in at the community center (such as the gym/swimming pool/pretty bridge, etc). From where our room was in the resort, it was a 3.2 mile drive to the gym. You will also be charged a daily resort-use fee, whether you use the facilities or not. None of this is explained on the website, or on hotels.com.

Awesome unit to stay in, amenities were clean, convenient. You do have to drive 5mins to access pools, arcade but it was great. Not crowded, areas was clean. My only issue was the thin walls, we heard everything next door.

No hot water

Overall, we loved the resort. The WiFi password was not easy to locate-minor detail. The reason for 2 stars is we did not have hot water. We were told maintenance was on the way and they never showed up. Cold showers in the am were not helpful, especially with children. The office did nothing to acknowledge this issue which is why we will find another resort for next time.

Great Basecamp to Explore Sapphire Valley

I recently stayed at Fairway Forest and it was a pleasnt surprise. The service was great. The one bedroom standard suite was clean and recently remodeled. The location was perfect for a basecamp to explore the area and hike in Panthertown Valley.

Great place to unwind

Fairway forest deluxe suite was absolutely stunning, clean, spacious and a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, coffee and more. My family and I really enjoyed the property and amenities and we will be back to enjoy again
