Harbour Town Getaway
The location of this property can’t be beat. Right on the 18th green of the Harbour Town golf course and the most beautiful sunsets on the water you could ask for. So many things within close walking distance, or just a few minutes drive (or bike!) to get to the grocery store or other island destinations. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, our family of five was very comfortable. The house is nicely furnished with gorgeous views whether inside or on the big balcony. There was starter laundry pods, soaps and shampoos, but the only minor disappointment was that the kitchen was not stocked with anything that we have become accustomed to with rentals, such as cooking spices, sugar, baggies, foil, maybe a couple of starter coffee pods for the Keurig, etc. A salt and pepper shaker down to the last servings was the only investable thing in the kitchen. It was definitely well stocked with every dish, utensil, gadget and cookware you will need though! Overall it was an amazing place and we would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location, beautiful property!
We found this gem of a property and I am so glad they allowed us to book for a couple of nights. Great location, walk all around Harbour Town and enjoy breakfast at the cafe! Great views of the 18th green! And e trembly cozy and lovely. We would have loved a later checkout but understand it’s a busy season and likely had new people coming that day. Highly recommend!

Do not count on the view
The condo itself was clean and perfect for our family. What sold us on this particular property, was the view that we thought we would have. Unfortunately, they were already setting up the grandstands for the golf tournament during our stay. Not only did we lose the view but they worked with drills and saws non stop from sunrise to sunset. I would stay again but I would avoid in March and April.

Great Harbortown location
This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Lovely condo with nice furnishings and great views (18th green on one side, yachts on the other). Parking the second car was a little tricky but we figured it out. Highly recommend.

Biking trip planned for Sea Pines.
The property is well maintained and all the essentials were provided. The beds were comfortable and the location had a nice view of dolphins daily. This was our 4th trip to Sea Pines but first time at this location. We had planned to ride bikes but we were stopped by a guard on day one that ebikes are not allowed at Sea Pines. We were not even allowed to use the ebikes without the motor as regular bikes. We were very disappointed since bike riding is why we stayed at Sea Pines. This change in property policy needs to be stated for visitors.

great view in very comfortable villa.
We were very disappointed when there was not an electric grill as highlighted on the web site. One other disappointment was no access to a pool without paying a fee. The very first picture on the web information is a pretty pool with plenty of deck chairs available. When trying to use the Harbour Town Pool we were told that it was for property owner only.. My family had to drive to South Beach and pay $25 for the use of the pool there. We were told that we would be reimbursed by emailing the receipt. Can you please give me the email address to send the receipt? Otherwise we had a very nice stay in the beautiful unit.

Spacious condo, great location, views
We enjoyed this condo. Great location in HarbourTown. Convenient to shops, restaurants, tennis and golf. The condo is large and the kitchen has everything you could want. Big issue -- there's a pool as the first photo in the listing. Show up at the HarbourTown pool and we don't have passes. Recital managenebt told us the only pool we were allowed to go to was in South Beach, 4-5 miles away. We would also have to purchase a pass and get reimbursed. Super misleading and very inconvenient. While the management company did try to offer a solution, either the pool photo should be removed or the listing should accurately disclose the situation. The condo did not have a hair dryer or any Kleenex. Better towels and sheets would be more appropriate for the price. FYI, the two guest beds are not Queens but Full-size. Worked for us but not accurate. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. Anyone who wants to be close to the tennis center, overlook the marina or golf course and have a spacious and very nice condo will be happy here.

Great location. Well furnished but dated decor. Poor management.
First the "Good" ->great location, right ON the 18th hole green for Harbour Town ->beautiful views of the course and the ocean/inlet ->very convenient to Harbour Town shops and restaurants ->the kitchen and the condo in general are very well equipped ->the appliances (fridge, dishwasher and stove are all more recent than the decor and quite nice ->washer and dryer are in good condition ->nice balcony (with two ceiling fans) to have a cocktail and watch golf or the sunset (the unit faces west) The "Bad" ->difficult to navigate to; at the very end of a long and winding road ->parking is TIGHT; if you have a minivan or SUV, your passengers will need get out of your vehicle prior to pulling into your parking spot ->decor in the unit is dated; circa early to mid 1990s ->of the three bedrooms, one of the bedrooms' mattress was incredibly hard, not firm, hard (think plywood with felt on top of it) ->no maps or information in the condo about local establishments or even where the pool is located ->the pool is not nearby; 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive The "Ugly" ->Vacasa management / support was exceptionally poor ->pool access requires a pool card, which was not included in the welcome materials we picked up at the Vacasa office and was not in the condo itself ->we were turned away from the pool due to not having the necessary access card ->after calling Vacasa we were told "Byron" would drop off the pool card in 15-20 minutes; after 15-20 minutes, no Byron and no pool access card ->we called Vacasa again (at 32 minutes after our first call) and talked to yet another Vacasa rep who said she would look into what happened and call us back; at the 1 hour 10 minute mark we got a call back from the same rep (hey, at least she called back) telling us that she would be unable to get us a pool access card buth that we could purchase a South Beach Marina Pool access card and Vacasa would reimburse us ->unfortunately the South Beach Marina Pool is over 10x further away (3.7 miles vs 0.3 miles) and parking is not convenient Ultimately we NEVER were able to access the pool advertised in the VRBO and to call Vacasa support "weak" would be generous. Would not stay at this unit again unless there was a different management company. Will be contacting VRBO to get a partial refund on our stay.
