I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times in recent years. I generally have had a good experience. This time, however, the room was a bit under par. While it seemed clean, the toilet didn’t flush and there were no facial tissues. The latter was not a big deal, but a flushing toilet is a necessity. Fortunately, we were only there one night.

I liked it was close to cruise terminal. I didnt lime that the thermos stat didnt work, the vent tin the bathroom didnt work, wasnt a lot of pmaces to go and eat at, and the condioner in the shower was about empty i didn't have enough for my hair when i took a shower in the morning

A dream stay
Beauitful hotel, comtemporary furniture, exterior hall ways and carpet smell really good once you step off the elevator. Rooms were spacious ,very clean. Overall a very great stay!! I just need my Stanley container shipped back to my home addresd please.

This was out second stay here. We really enjoy the location which is just one exit away from our son’s school. There’s a Tesla supercharger in the complex, grocery store and dining options in the area. It’s really quiet and clean and everyone we encountered was nice and helpful.

The man checking us in was nice. But there wasn’t enough staff and we needed to wait for a long time. Also, the day we were checking out, housekeeping knocked on our door twice, waking us up once.
