Conveniently found off the kitchen, the downstairs patio boasts a plethora of high-quality furniture so there is plenty of space to spread out and relax while taking in the stellar views of tall pines and the beautiful neighboring pond complete with a deer feeder. Modern Pines spares no expense when offering outdoor entertainment for the kids. You will be blown away with the custom-built playground just a stone’s throw away and within plain view from the downstairs patio. The covered deck upstairs offers similar views and a more private reprieve from the rest of your party.
