The reviews of this place are mixed, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It has the appearance of an old motor inn, with exterior corridors, that was enclosed somewhere along the way. There is a nice courtyard in the center of everything that has a swimming pool. Two of the three front desk staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful; the third looked like he did not want to be there. Our room was definitely refreshed some time recently, with newer bathroom fixtures. The room and bathroom were clean, but there was a very small amount of mildew starting in a couple spots along the sealer at the bottom of the shower. Water was good and hot. Breakfast was a standard continental buffet, but not included with the room. I paid $24 for myself and two kids; it wasn't really worth the $24, but it saved us from stopping elsewhere for breakfast. We would stay here again.

The staff here have all been amazing. We have stayed awhile unexpectedly due to a family medical emergency, over Christmas and they are all kind and welcoming.

It was an average cheap hotel look like it used to be more expensive back in the old days. There was some dust in the room on the pictures and in the vent. The doors slammed shut which is not fun. Looks like they had 200 rooms there and they put us all next to each other so we can hear their doors slam shut. I get no breakfast on Christmas but no breakfast on Christmas Eve kind of threw me, somebody should let us know, we were out looking for where breakfast is served. Overall not bad for the price.

Perfect choice!!

Checked in online ahead of arrival. Keys were waiting at front desk. Staff was over the top friendly and helpful!!! Room was nice, bathroom a tad small but fine. Breakfast buffet was a good variety. Food and drinks at the bar and restaurant were great. Extremely pleased and fully intend on staying again on future visits. Thank You for the warm stay!!

The front desk clerk and the bartenders were very friendly. The pool is beautiful. We weren't able to use it this time, but hopefully can come back and use it soon.

I had to let the hot water in the sink run for one hour and still only got luke warm water. I was too afraid to take a shower! The TV channels did not get local stations only if you connect ROKU after a $20.00 cash only deposit. The TV still did not work, ROKU kept reloading every two to three minutes. I waited one hour and went to the front desk to ask for the removal of ROKU and the return of my $20.00. The Evergreen Garden Club had their Christmas craft show in the Courtyard which had NO heat. Everyone wore their coats for 8 hours. The temp outside was 27 degrees that day. I paid for breakfast and was told I could not take my food to my room! There was NO heat in the Courtyard and it was 27 degrees outside. What?! This hotel is not worth the money for all of the inconveniences.

Kim was awesome at the fusion bar. Rooms were great except the hot water took very long to get hot. Rm 234. Comforter( on bed ) in 232 could use replacing it has a nasty stain. Disappointed could not get KDKA to watch a Sporting event. Jill explain there was a contract conflict. Price & location was great, over all we had a great stay, will use and recommend again!

There was no hot water. I was in the area for same day surgery. Discharged late. Really would have been nice to get a hott shower. Left water run awhile. Only got to lukewarm. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel showed it's age but not a big deal to us.
