The bed felt like I was sleeping on plywood. I was there for work and had to be up very early both mornings. I was located on the 2nd floor and could hear thumping (bass) until at least midnight and the person next to me snoring like he was literally in my room. The staff or at least the young lady that checked me in was great!! Very friendly and helpful. If your are there for a good time, recommend. If for something else would not recommend.

Bed was comfortable but pull out couch was terrible. We had to ask for linens for couch as well as towels as none were left in our room. The staff was quick to bring to our room. The heat and AC is quite outdated . Fortunately it was mild for June in TN; the hotel was having significant water issues/ leak. Our floor/ carpet was soaking wet. Several other people checking out reported same issue
