All of the staff we meet were wonderful. There was a dead bug in our bathroom and a lot of overall stains. Our screen was ripped it didn't feel safe to leave it open on a first floor room. No outlet for for ac (which also had a broken cover.

Hotel was clean. Room is basic with frig, micro, office desk and chair. Dunkin and grocery store within 1/4 mile. Breakfast was spartan with just muffins and bagels, orange juice and coffee from a machine. Staff was pleasant.

I bought a non refundable ticket. I called in less than 48 hrs to cancel and money was lost. This hotel kept $375. From me and then rented the room to someone else.

Room was clean and staff was nice; the room itself was physically a bit rough (bathroom door had clearly been kicked-in at some point and repaired instead of replaced, door locked fine, but security chain was missing, etc). Overall, worked well for a stay over for one night.

The trash can outside our entrance smelled like throw up, and the two days were there it was never cleaned. In addition, the beds were very hard like a rock, no Kleenex in the room and the room smelled musty so we went to dollar store to get room freshner. In the future, I may choose to go to the Hilton across the street.
