Terrible. Restaurant wasn’t open. Screaming, and I mean screaming neighbors. Tv remote didn’t work well. Shower was terrible. Was so hot in the room no matter how low we turned down the temperature. Tv had no guide so we constantly had to switch through channels just to see what was on.

I showed up in the evening, hungry thinking then restaurant would been available, it was closed, the floor inside my room loooked and felt like it hadn't been cleaned. It was my mistake for misreading, I thought breakfast was included, but it wasn't.

Not impressed

The front desk rep was unhelpful regarding a couple of different things we inquired about. The bathroom was filthy with hairs all over (not belonging to us) and dirty floors. The microwave was in terrible shape and most certainly was a fire hazard when we tried using. We were hopeful for a better experience when we reserved a room at this property. Very disappointing and unsettling to say the least.

My go-to hotel

I always stay here when passing through KC, nice and clean hotel! Only problem was that the room was super hot and stuffy because the fan only blew out really hot ai, so it was a sweaty and uncomfortable nights sleep
