Good for family stay
Great facilities, good location, excellent management team. This property is easy to access from US 1 Highway while staying away from noise. The gated community has two nice tennis courts surrounded by coconut trees. We really enjoy staying here.

Home away from home
Upon arrival we were given one key which we never even ending up using . Someone was always in the pool area and let us in. Condo was pretty clean just seemed like potential dog hair . Overall we were extremely happy with our rental and our check in and check out process! Thanks for having us

Great family vacation!
We had a nice little family getaway with our two young children at Kawama Towers! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great - we enjoyed the playground, pool and walks to the beach. Lots of good restaurants and attractions nearby. We would love to visit again!

Nice Place, But Check-in Is A Challenge
We called ahead to arrange late check-in. The office closed at 5pm. We arrived at 5:15pm. The door to access our folder would not open requiring me to stand on their cold and windy 2nd floor walkway while the after hours guy arranged for our entry to the community. When we arrived at the tower, there were no luggage carts requiring us to make multiple trips back & forth to the unit. Guests are also prohibited from parking under the building making it more arduous, especially for seniors. The unit had two entry doors. We chose the one with the unit # next to it. It had a broken keyboard prompting another call to the after hours guy, who pointed us to actual entry door and opened it remotely (thanks). The unit itself is nice and clean, but we'd be reluctant to deal with the logistical problems with our visit again.

Love it!
This was our second stay at Kawama tower and we are still very pleased. We love the lagoon and the small beach area is perfect for sunset & sunrise watching. The private laundry facilities are so convenient!! The master suite door still needs a lock on it though… Overall a wonderful place to stay with a lovely well stocked condo! We may very well be back again.

Travelled with another couple and this property was perfect. Had separate “suite” areas for both couples. Very clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Highly recommend.

Awesome place
Loved this condo in Key Largo. It was so quiet and peaceful. Loved walking around the grounds each day. The pool was perfect and we were lucky to catch gorgeous weather. Would stay again for sure. No issues at all.

Such a cute find!
Visited Key Largo with my husband and 1.5 yr old in Nov 2021. So glad we found this location. Convenient playground and Marina and boat ramp for <28ft boats. Plenty of boat parking. Love the lagoon with beach and the sunset pier. BBQ's everywhere to grill your catch of the day.

Great weekend getaway
The condo was very clean and spacious, loved the location, close to restaurants, bars with entertainment and snorkeling. The parking and security were handled very nicely, We did not have one problem.

Mostly nice place, lackluster management
We overall liked the condo. Outside the unit had the same strong smells in June like much of Key Largo. It was good size for our group of 4. Kitchen stocked with enough tools and place settings for all our home cooked meals. Picking up and dropping off the keys was a bit inconvenient. Never had an issue with parking our single vehicle. One night heavy winds and rains caused water to stream (much more than a fast drip) in around the master bedroom window. Called the property management right away. The response was basically, “sorry, do you want some towels or have us send someone to move the bed farther from the leak?” I said yes to the towels, and never heard back. Called the next day, and they said they are discussing internally and would call me back. Never heard from them.

Wonderful condo
We very much enjoyed this property! Great location, beautifully furnished condo. The stinky seaweed is still on the beach so using the anything on that whole area of the property was not happening. I know management can’t control the seaweed but there was also A LOT of garbage washed up on the beach area as well. The only thing I would complain about is not having a locking bedroom door on the master sweet. We would gladly rent this condo again.

Stinky beach!
The property was… fine. The apartment we stayed at was nice on the interior (thank goodness). The exterior was obviously older and had many layers of paint. We were so excited to be near the beach but it stunk like a cesspool! We only lasted a couple minutes at the beach!
