Very beautiful, clean place. Incredible pool/patio/bar and restaurant. Rooms were quaint. Beds were HARD. like...very hard. You also may need 6 pillows to equal out to the onr you have at home as they are so so soft but Overall we had a great stay, security is a little sketchy as we had our vehicle broken into and things stolen while on the premise. There are no cameras by the road so the hotel management was unable to help with this issue. The Manager on that day did give us a breakfast voucher for our inconvenience which was nice.

Unfortunately we got to the site early where there was over 200 people checking out. We ended up going downtown and then came back later after dinner. Our toilet didn’t work, there was sand on the floor and the blind was broken but we called down and got it fixed pretty quickly especially since there were no other rooms to put us in. The staff was so informative and pleasant. Johny and Jeremy gave us so much information! Levon made the best old fashions! The beach was right across the street which is convenient. Construction they couldn’t help on the street but transportation was very helpful. I can’t wait to go back to the keys!

At the time I stayed there was lots of road construction going on but still easy to cross over to the beach. The resort seemed a little dated and needed maintenance on a few areas otherwise beautiful place to stay. Everything was overpriced from food, drinks and room prices. Nothing was complimentary and no other restaurants or bars close by. Shuttle service was good to get back over to all the restaurants and bar areas. I would stay there again but limit the number of days to less than a week.

Coffe maker stopped working 2nd day they replaced it with a12 cup Kurig that you couldn't use with only 2 cups. The failed to make up out room 2 days off our stay and we had to tell them. Construction at the front of the property was not related when making reservations. The room phone blinked constantly a if there was a message and they could not correct.

Margaritaville Hotel was fabulous. Our service was Tops! Clean room, clean restaurant and bar areas! Servers were fabulous. Concierge Kevin was the Man with the info and scheduled excursions for us!! Transportation to and from airport and shuttle dow town hourly...all excellent! We couldn't have asked for better accommodations. Highly recommend.

I appreciate that a noise making device was in the room since it was about 5 feet from the Tiki Bar, but that bed was horrid. Hardest bed ever and you only get two pillows. One night undid all my spa service on my back at the previous place.

My only complaint is The Hotel fire alarm was going off at 3am and No explanation from staff was ever given. It went off a total of three times and we never could go back to sleep after that. No explanation or guidance from the staff. Fireman had to tell us it was false and that your fire alarm system was malfunctioning. Nothing like the entire hotel standing out on the parking lot at 3 AM and not a single staff member Ever told us it was OK to go back in or answer the front desk or anything!

Absolutely amazing staff. The front desk and concierge did everything they could to make our stay memorable. They were helpful and kind. We were treated like VIP's, but in truth, I believe they treat everyone that way. Food was delicious. Pool area was a destination. Beach directly across the street. Suite was fabulous. The whole experience was top notch. Can't wait to go back!
