I was on the first floor with my family. It was quiet. The hot water was great with plenty of pressure. Smelled clean. Good towels. The mattresses were well used and time for new ones. Sinking in middle but the second bed was firm.

The staff was excellent all the way from the shuttle driver who met me at the airport through the front desk attendant at checkout... Overall, a solid chain hotel that was very clean and 5 mins from the airport, so super convenient.

Clean rooms & helpful staff

Nice clean hotel close to Knoxville airport. Our flight arrived after 11pm when their normal shuttle service had ended, but we called and they sent someone to pick us up. Super nice staff and decent breakfast.
