This spacious home has three large bedrooms and three full baths on a quiet and secluded large lot within the gated golf paradise of PGA West. There is a 75" flat screen TV in the main living room next to a second flat screen ready for you to use with your favorite streaming service. Each bedroom also has its own internet-connected flat screen. All rooms also include G00gle Nest speakers with free G00gle/YouTube music subscription.

Relax by the gorgeous saltwater pool in the back yard and enjoy the warm desert sunshine as you watch the bighorn sheep traverse the mountain behind the house. They may even come into the backyard if you're particularly lucky. Warm up next to the firepit at night and bask in the illuminated mountain views behind the house. The PGA West community has nine spectacular golf course, five of which are available for public play. This home is just off the 14th hole of the private Palmer Course. Immediately next door is the gorgeous Silver Rock golf course, open for public play.
