Great property and it’s close to everything. Only down fall is the dryer. It’s $4 to wash an to dry. Had spent $16 for drying and it still wasn’t dry yet. I would have went to the laundromat but I had my littles with me. Over all it Was a good stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was fine. The problem with the hotel was the guest upstairs male and female were fighting and screaming at each other. We had to report it to the desk two times before they decided to do something about it if I pay for a room, I shouldn’t have to listen to a couple fight at four in the morning when I’m trying to sleep maybe they should get divorced that will solve the problem. If that doesn’t work the hotel staff should take action on the first phone call and not wait for the second. It was a complete inconvenience for my family. maybe you could try soundproofing the floor where we don’t have to hear a couple stomping around on the floor and screaming at the top of their lungs.

So clean!
I have stayed here for many Christmases. This year, the room, specifically the carpet, was the cleanest it has ever been. On Christmas day, someone mopped the exterior walkways. This place was soooo clean. Everything is freshly painted. The breakfast had real food, like eggs and sausage, not just doughnuts. The only little thing is the bed was too soft for me. It was an excellent stay.

The room was awesome! It was like a big two room apartment with kitchenette. The only issue was I didn't receive my 6am wake up call I scheduled for my final night. I woke up at 545am on my own so not a problem but wanted you to know.
