(As of Jan 2025) Property is currently undergoing a transfer of ownership so there was significant construction. The rooms are old/not taken care of because of this re-branding. There were marks all over the walls, lamps were cracked, mattress was caved-in, water pressure was dreadful. The lobby is very nice along with the restaurant options. Seems like they are not quite ready to open as the new hotel, but almost there.

Pool is dirty, saw worms and maggots on the floor. Difficult to navigate due to remodeling. A couple of restaurants are not inside the hotel I was surprised that we had to drive to two of our reservations. Snowglobe at the Turf restaurant was underwhelming and poor service. The waitress made me feel nervous and unwelcoming, didn't want us there and got charged for extra tax and tips included in the check, I don't recommend this hotel neither the snow globe.

Construction during our stay. Went down a single lane hallway that was the width of the luggage cart, had to go through the pool area with the luggage cart to get to our “lake” side room. It was a very far away view that was blocked by a building. Very disappointed in our stay.

The rooms were very clean, however we went to sit in the main lobby to have a cocktail. The tables were unclean and the couches and chairs were stained and dirty, so much so we didn't want to sit on them. I would give them a pass this time as they are going through a major renovation. I would stay here again in the warmer months and see what changes.

Crusty, dusty and so noisy
I travel for work frequently and this was hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I have stayed at their sister property down the street and expected the same experience here (especially at a higher rate) and I was terribly wrong. My husband and I took a kid free weekend trip to celebrate my birthday and it was such a bummer. I upgraded our room and I’m scared to see what the regular rooms look like. The room was so old, dusty, scuffs all over the walls and furniture, no where to put clothes, no toilet paper upon arrival, etc. They also didn’t have an elevator in our area so we had to lug all our luggage down two flights of steps. Our room was located next to the pool which is open until 11 and not monitored. There were kids and people running, screaming, slamming the doors 24/7 - we got no rest. The walls were paper thin. The only silver lining is the onsite restaurant, it had great service and food. 0/10 would recommend.
