During our stay, we went to the waterpark and at two different days they had absolutely no clean towels to provide us, we had young kids and were freezing. I also asked to get clean shower towels to be sent to my room and that was never done. We stayed 4 days 3 nights with the same dirty towels that we showers with and used at the waterpark because of the lack of towels everywhere in the hotel… it was disgustingly disappointing

We have been staying at this property the last 3 New Years and were very disappointed with the hotels efforts this year. They ran out of towels at the pool at 11 and didn’t get any until almost 3 pm. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and ran out of toilet paper. We did not get our room cleaned or even brought new towels after staying two nights. There was trash sitting in the hotel hallways when we arrived and still sitting there when we left 3 days later. For a holiday celebration it seemed like they overbooked for what they could handle staff wise and efforts seemed less than years past. Renting a cabana for $192 a day should at least include towels. Our kids were freezing and to run out of toilet paper is absurd.

Paid almost 500 dollars for a night. Could not check in on time. Over an hour and a half late. Had to wait for room. Told us we could go into water park yet not placr to keep our items unless we buy a locker? This was my 2nd trip there. First time half the rides were closed.

We liked that the waterpark area was intimate. We felt safe letting our kids be more independent. We also liked the menu at Hurricanes Grill. What we didn't like was the lack of communication between staff when we were evacuated due to a fire alarm.

We couldn’t check in at 4:00pm because our room wasn’t ready. The room was big, but was very dark, there were no lamps at all on one side of the room. We couldn’t use the tv because it was froze on YouTube from the previous guests. Six flags was amazing growing up, but they have for sure fallen off.

This place needs some remodelling or upgrade. For instance, Gym would be very beneficial. So , the parent can send the kids with the other parent to aquaparc and does other activity. Some other resorts have it. Cafe machines should be updated for sure at least for k-cups. And tosters would be a good bonus ( I’ve heard this from other families as well). We have been going to this place for many years , but loosing our interest slowly to come back again, because of no changes at all.

Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. We so appreciated an early check in, as that made life much easier with two grandchildren in tow. They really need to give the whole place a good vacuuming. Elevator, hallway, restaurant, lobby floors were a mess. The room is a little tired but was clean. Water area, lockers were clean. Water was clean. The kids, ages 8 & 5 had an absolute blast!!! It was super nice to take advantage of pool area even after checkout! We ate at the tavern, burgers were delicious. Mac and cheese was literally a scoop (small) of Kraft (for $10!!)Hot dog served on a very stale roll that was not eaten. They need to improve their kid food selections as it is a hotel that caters to families with kids. Prices in gift shop were ridiculous. $5 for a normal size candy bar, I despise being taken advantage of. Also disappointed they removed all Christmas decorations by 11:00 am 12/26. Bottom line though was the kids could not have been happier!! It was a joy to witness!!
