Meillä on muita mökkejä!Poikkeuksellinen, iso, yksityinen, yksinäinen hirsimökki lepää Blue Ridge -vuoristoissa Lake Lure NC: ssä. 5 makuuhuonetta - joista yksi on avoin parvihuone, jossa 2 erillistä vuodetta. Kävelymatkan päässä Mirror Lake, ranta ja Broad River kosken ja vesiputous! Yksityinen pieni virta takapihalla! Sijaitsee 'Riverbend' -vuoristoalueella, aidatulla vuoristoyhteisöllä, jolla on yli 3500 hehtaarin turmeltumaton vuoristokauneus ja kaksi yksityistä järveä, vesiputous, vanhanaikainen uimareikä ja uskomattomat vaellusmahdollisuudet !. Kaikki ympäröivät uskomattomat vuoret ja runsas villielämä. Minuuttia jokirannasta tai järven rannasta, 10 minuuttia ruokakauppaan, mutta eristäytynyt vuoristopaikka!
Riverbendsin yksityisellä rannalla Mirror Lake -alueella on kalastuslaituri ja paviljonki, josta on näkymät järvelle keinutuolilla, grillauskuopilla ja kauniilla vuoristomaisemilla. Mirror Lake -rannalla on katettu alue pienimmille ja luonnonkaunis ranta, josta on upeat näkymät. Kävele Broad River -tien yli (vesiputous ja pienet kosket pelataksesi - katso kuvia lapsistani!) .Myös "Ole Swimming Hole", toinen loistava paikka letkuihin ja kalastukseen!
Lure-järvellä Länsi-Pohjois-Carolinassa on paljon tekemistä! Lake Lure-ranta tarjoaa järven, jolla on kaunis ranta, jota ympäröivät upeat näkymät vuorille, lasten leikkialue, lasten vesiliukumäki ja päivystyshenkilöstö. Alueella on useita golfkenttiä ja myös putti, putti, tennis, ratsastus, jalokivi, retkeily Chimney Rock Park -puistossa, vetoketjuvuori, järvenranta ja jokiranta, koskenlasku ja paljon muuta. Läheisiin nähtävyyksiin kuuluvat Asheville ja Biltmore Estate and Winery, Blue Ridge -vuoret, Hendersonville, viinitilat, Dollywood, Great Smokey National Park, Isoisävuori, Liukuva kallio, Pohjois-Carolinan arbortum ja niin paljon muuta. Myös vasta rakennettu Tryon International Horse Equestrian Center (TIEC). ) on 15 mailin päässä.

Tämä mökki sijaitsee kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Canopy Ridge Farm. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi pelihallin/-huoneen. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Overall the cabin was ok. Beautiful living room area and fireplace for the whole family to gather. There were large cobwebs in the living room area high cielings. Its advertised as 5 bedroom for 12 guests however only 4 bedrooms with a loft and even though there were only 10 guests we were charged an extra person fee with no real clear explanation why. The outside grounds are not well kept and not inviting to spend any time outdoors other than the deck areas. The upstairs bathroom is only a tub, no shower and no stopper to be able to even fill the tub. Showers were backing up and slow to drain and toilets slow to flush and drain. The free night included was a plus. The area is probably better enjoyed during the warmer months and once the Chimney Rock area and roads reopen. There is nothing to do with most places being closed.

Its a beautiful cabin in a very nice ...quiet and private location. It could use a bit of updating....but was very comfortable We planned this family vacation around our 2 1/2 year old granddaughter who loves the outdoors....she enjoyed the Riverbend watering hole...very close to the house but take your car if you have a little one or grandparents who cannot walk a very steep hill! We found lots of adventures....but the Lake Lure beach was not open ....except for weekends....disappointing....and the Train museum is closed...

Beautiful Log Home, spacious and well equpped
Loved our stay. Very thankful our dogs could come with us. Enjoyed our porch time. The swimming hole was awesome. Will definitely visit again.

Best rental
We have stayed at many rentals in the mountains and most have been great but little cleaning issues here and there. This cabin was by the the cleanest place we have ever stayed. We were all amazed that even the high and hard to reach area that you can see from the loft were even dusted. Outside furniture was cleaned off and ready to sit in. Liz was a great host. Very response and extremely nice. We asked for paddles and lifejackets to use their boats in the lake and within minutes they had them to our cabin. We will be renting from her again. The Riverbend community was a great location for our family with so much outdoor stuff to do and keep the kids entertained. Highly recommend renting this unit or one of her other 7 cabins.

Nice Getaway
The property was nice and the location was convenient to Lake Lure. Cabin was well equipped and offered what you needed to make your stay pleasant. The check in process at the gate upon arrival is a little difficult but once you're in, you have access to key cards making coming and going easier. The cabin could use a good cleaning to remove some dust and cobwebs that collect over time. Overall, a nice place, wonderful location.

Beautiful Lake Retreat
Simply wonderful. The cabin was everything we thought: plenty of room for our group of seven, gorgeous views, peaceful neighborhood, lots of activities and hiking areas within close distance. We traveled with two boys (12 and 10), and they found plenty of activities within walking distance of the cabin to keep them entertained the whole week. I’m hoping to return to this lovely cabin again next winter!

Fall stay at Chipmunk Trail
The hike was great, plenty of space to spread out. Good for a large group. The decks & fireplace are a plus. The creek on the property was dry during our visit, but I’m sure it’s nice when full. The bathroom on the upstairs loft is dated and has a huge tub so we had share the downstairs shower but if you had a large group I could see how that would be inconvenient. Overall it was a great stay, just as described.

Family vacation
The property was the perfect size for us. There were nine adults (4 couples) and one 11 year old. It was close to most things we wanted to do ( whitewater rafting, UTV, ziplining). There were plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. It was a great cozy place to unwind after the days adventures.

Family Reunion
This is a beautiful house in a great location. We had a very nice weekend! However, when they call this a 5 bedroom house that is a bit of a stretch. The master bedroom and bedroom #5 are actually part of the same room and located in the loft. So both of these rooms are open to the living room below. We were also disappointed in the lack of soap in the kitchen and the bathrooms. We were asked to load and start the dishwasher but there was no soap provided. The owner did not answer the phone on the first night when my cousin needed to be buzzed in the gate. After six attempts she called us and we drove down to help her. The queen matress in the basement is the worst mattress I have ever slept on. It needs replaced. And, I guess my last issue would be the response of the owner when the power was out for 7 hours on Saturday evening. We had no power or water for 7 hours because a tree fell and knocked down a power line. In most cases a hotel would usually do their best to help guests who were inconvenienced. We had no power or toilets for 7 hours with 9 people! When we called to check on things we were told Duke energy was diligently working, there were no candles in the home, and that we could drive to Ingles to get some at our own expense. This would have been somewhat understandable until I found out that the owner was at another house in the neighborhood. I think she should have helped us! Still a great time but expected a bit more from the owners. Thanks

Awesome Mountain House
Awesome house in the mountains. Loved all the wood furniture and that the deck was completely fenced off so our dog could be outside with us. The kitchen was nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the cozy log house atmosphere. The king bed is located upstairs and is a loft feeling room (for those looking for privacy, there isn't any sound wise). The spacious bathroom upstairs does not have a standard shower, just a large tub with a handheld shower faucet, but there is a shower on the main floor and in the basement, so no big deal for us. There was a pet bin with bowls and blankets which was a nice touch in case you forget any supplies for your pet. We would definitely rent here again, it was a great place!

Multi generational trip. The home was immaculate with plenty of room. The location is beautiful and our daily walks to the lake and the river were lovely. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. We had movie days on the two rainy days we were there. Highly recommend.

The cabin is ok but need to be updated, wifi terrible we have to use our phones, only 3 TV , no smart TV , no privacy at all , the bedrooms doors lock not functioning, not much to do in winter time except chimney rock state park ..
