There are upper and lower decks on the lake side of the house, a large covered patio, deck area at the entrance of the house and another deck leading from the house to the dock. The dock offers a 12’ X 20’ slip and two PWC lifts, a large swim platform and there are three kayaks available for your use for fun in the sun. There is plenty of space for parking and it is very private.
